I haven't had this dryer for very long so what I'm hoping for is that it can go the distance. Only time will tell.

Very quiet, all settings work perfectly Light weight easy to move when needed

Gets the job done well. We wanted something simple, without all the bells and whistles that come with fancy new washers and dryers. These fit the bill nicely!

Great basic machine for drying clothes. No complicated features. I would say that it doesn't get as hot as my 25 year old machine did but I think this is common with newer machines. Just use a heat level one higher than you think you need.

We bought this as part of the set we bought in June. It is an excellent dryer and the nice wide door is a major plus. In addition, having an inside light means nothing left behind because it wasn't seen. I like the fact that when the times drying cycle is used, once the cycle is complete, the buzzer will sound and if the clothes are not removed the machine will go into a short cycle to keep clothes from sitting and wrinkling. A big step up from our old machine which lasted almost 20 years.

Wow...I must have really needed a new dryer...never mind the old one wouldn't start...this new Whirlpool has a huge drum....3 different temp settings..my old dryer i had to dry the towels twice, my new whirlpool gets the job done in one cycle. I am so pleased.

Basic clothes dryer but with some nifty features like moisture sensing and three temperature settings. And I'm a fan of the drop-down door. Working perfectly!

It’s working great! It is a large dryer, holds a lot of clothes.

This is a great dryer. Nothing fancy, but it has all you need. FYI, put the setting on MORE DRY and when your clothes are dry it turns off. You will save a lot of energy this way versus putting it on TIMED DRY.

Exact same model as the one replaced; it fits perfectly in the same spot but works a LOT better. Easy to use and hope it lasts as long as the one it replaced.

I have to say this again and again that Whirlpool appliances are always the best quality. What my wife and I love about this electric dryer is first that it is electric and second the door because that door supports some of the clothes when you are unloading it but with the other types of dryers with the door at the side, you know that some of your clothes will fall in the floor but you avoid that problem with this fantastic dryer designed the best way! Please Whirlpool continue making dryers with this type of doors!

Drys clothes just like it’s supposed to. Unlike my Maytag that quit drying after 4 years.

Awesome dryer! Reliable, quiet, and larger enough for our household which is constantly doing laundry.

Very nice dryer. Works quite well and I believe dries faster than my old unit did. I like the lighted drum. Door closes with a really solid feel. Only problem I had was that the first unit came and the legs were not in the package so Best Buy took a couple of days to replace the entire unit in order to get a pair of legs.

This is exactly what I wanted in a dryer. Easy to use with simple dials that do everything I need without all the extra features that I know I won't use.
