Excellent product. Fast delivery. I saw the appliance in the store then I bought it for internet.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My dryer broke on Saturday morning, and I have a 5-year Geek Squad warranty. I contacted Best Buy via chat and was told that it’s not really a five-year warranty because the first year falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. I was instructed to call the manufacturer first — even though it was the weekend and the manufacturer was closed. Only after the manufacturer determined it was not a recall would Best Buy “try” to help. This was unacceptable and extremely misleading. At no point during the purchase was I told that the five-year Geek Squad warranty effectively only covers four years, nor is that clearly explained at the time of sale. I then called Best Buy and spoke with Juan, who repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. He refused to escalate my call and told me a supervisor would call me back in 1–1.5 hours. No one ever called. When I called back, I spoke with Jesse, who told me supervisors never call customers back — meaning I was outright lied to previously. After pressing repeatedly, I was finally connected to Eric, who stated he was a supervisor. Eric apologized profusely and promised he would personally call Whirlpool Monday morning and then call me back. I specifically asked that this call be documented and audited. He reassured me he “had my back.” He never called. There were no notes added to my case. No escalation occurred. My case number is 368424926. When I called back again, I was forced to start the entire process over, only to be told there were no notes, no follow-up, and no way to reach the supervisor I had spoken to. I was even told Eric may work “in another country” and could not be identified. I was offered no resolution, no temporary solution, and no accountability — despite paying extra for protection. I was also told I could not return the appliance because Best Buy’s appliance return policy is only 15 days. So to summarize: My appliance broke My warranty was misleading I was bounced between departments I was lied to about a supervisor callback No notes were documented No one followed through I lost three days with no working dryer during a holiday week Ending every call with “Thank you and have a wonderful day” after offering no help is insulting. I work in customer service and understand challenges — but this was systemic failure, not a one-off. I will never purchase appliances or warranties from Best Buy again, and I strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere

Purchased this dryer for my parents and it works great. Good value.

I like it because it does not have all kinds of push buttons, I like that I can just select the temperatures by turning the knob

Capacity is great. Somewhat noisier than Ibwould like but definable not a deal breaker for me.

Excellent dryer. The drop down front door makes loading/unloading very easy when next to washer.

Have had the dryer for a month and am happy with the purchase. I haven't used the sensor drying, I use the time dry and a load of towels and other items dries in about 40 minutes.

Big load dryer. Seems well built. Haven't used it yet. Using it for a table right now. I feel this is worth the monkey. Quality lasts a lot longer that the low price does.

So far, I am very pleased! The controls are easy to use. The drop down front door is well-designed and sturdy. It dries clothes efficiently And thoroughly.

Works great, easy to install. I got it at a great price at the Best Buy outlet since it had a few scratches and i got the 5 year warranty just in case too. It works great and has seceral options for drying clothes.

Excellent dryer for the money. Has good settings and clothes come out great.

My previous dryer was a Whirlpool. Had it for 25 years. This dryer looks good. It has a large capacity tub. It does not dry as well as my old model. Have to keep it on high and dry longer than my old model. It also does not fit as well in my space. The installer pushed it as far back as he could but I still have to be careful when I close the door.
