I like this product. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was purchased to replace a dryer that quit working. It was priced right with a timely delivery that met our needs. To this point it works great.

No bells no whistles just gets the job done big fan of it

This is our second one of these. First outlasted three washers. First one was still running when we replaced; the drum/tub bearings were gone and it would have costed half the price of new so we replaced.

After horrible Best Buy installer experience I installed it. Was all together and pushing it into place when leveler piece broke… made of cheap plastic. Threads broken. Returning it but buyer beware they cannot come and get it for a week. Expect me to store it for them. Best Buy service is bad now. Scheduling is tough. I bought another dryer at Lowe’s.

The unit has a known defect that causes the drain motor to keep running continuously even after the cycle has ended. I contacted Whirlpool customer service and was informed that this is a known issue with the unit. I was never notified about this issue and had to find it on the internet. A technician came out to diagnose the unit, even though I specifically told the customer service rep what the issue was when I called initially. I was told that the part needed for repair is on indefinite backorder, with no timeline for resolution. Today a repair tech was scheduled to finally replace the board on the machine but had been given a part for a microwave as opposed to the one for my machine. I was told that I am now back to the beginning of the waiting line for the correct part with no time line whatsoever for the part to arrive. I am disabled and cannot drag laundry to a laundromat nor should I have to as I have a purchased machine at home. This is unacceptable.

So far no complaints. It gets the job done. Clothes come out dry.

Dryer works as it should. The best part about this purchase was how smooth the process was. From going to the store and the help I received there through the delivery to my home.

Had the previous one for 17 years with out issue! This one is working great so far. Doesnt need bells and whistles, does what it is suppose to do.

My dryer stopped working on Thanksgiving day. I searched online for the best deal on a replacement of the same dryer & Best Buy beat out the competition by $50! This is a great dryer & works exceptionally well. Delivery was SUPER FAST & they were very professional. I will buy appliances from Best Buy again.

Our old dryer broke suddenly and we need a new one. We just needed a basic one that matched our washer and didn't want to spend too much. This was perfect and in sale when we got it. It dries Our clothes well but i have noticed a little bit if noise while drying. It doesn't bother us though and we will even go to bed while it's on.

For a basic dryer, it has done what we expected very well.
