My dryer stopped working on Thanksgiving day. I searched online for the best deal on a replacement of the same dryer & Best Buy beat out the competition by $50! This is a great dryer & works exceptionally well. Delivery was SUPER FAST & they were very professional. I will buy appliances from Best Buy again.

Just happy to have a dryer. Picked Whirlpool, as have a Whirlpool washing machine. Everything working properly Thank you.

Love this dryer. Practical with a good price. If but again. My drying does better on more dry setting but I’m sure I’m over filling it

Our old dryer broke suddenly and we need a new one. We just needed a basic one that matched our washer and didn't want to spend too much. This was perfect and in sale when we got it. It dries Our clothes well but i have noticed a little bit if noise while drying. It doesn't bother us though and we will even go to bed while it's on.

Dryer started making a noise less than a month in. Then after 2 weeks it would not start at all. BestBuy was of NO help. I don’t even know why I purchased through them. Contacted Whirlpool and the technician they sent out had NO idea what he was doing. I knew more of what was going on with the dryer from the internet then this guy did. He didn’t even do much to the dryer, stayed for less then 15 mins and told me I had to get an electrician to check my electric wall plug. Before leaving he said he would order parts in the meantime, gave me a number to call on ETA of parts. After he left, I received an email that they were actually NOT ordering the parts and for me to contact an electrician. Never had any electrical issues before in my home. Obviously they won’t pay for the electrician so I’m out that money…anyways had someone come out to verify that it is not my home with the issue it is indeed the dryer. I don’t even want Whirlpool/ASI Appliance repairmen back in my home to fix a month old dryer. They can come pick up this dryer, resale it and use that money to retrain or rehire better techs that won’t tell you want you want to hear just to rush out of your home and end up doing nothing at all. I disputed the charge, cancelled my BestBuy credit card and will NEVER purchase another item from them again.

For a basic dryer, it has done what we expected very well.

Great dryer! It may just be my house but the cycle finish alarm is really loud. Since that’s the only issue, its definitely worth the price!

I had to emergency-buy this dryer when my previous one went out, and I've never been so glad that an appliance died! I love this dryer, it's arguably the best purchase I've ever made. It stands head and shoulders over the previous one I had. Awesome quality!

So far so good gad it for about a month and no complaints. It has the end cycle notification that you can turn off or on. Dryer is quiet would buy again

Great Dryer. Purchased because of independent options for heat and cycle time and fluff only. My old dryer only had preprogrammed cycles where I had to repeatedly go restart the dryer for the lower heat cycle.

I like the dryer, it seems to do the job just fine..

It was light enough that I used a hand-truck to put it into my basement by myself. Electrical power cord and vent would have cost an additional $30 each, I recycled them from my old dryer. After a month of use, no problems to report.

Whirlpool washer and dryer is a bit noisy, gears grind.

It works well and does the job no complaints about it
