As the adage goes, "You get what you pay for," but I say it in a good way. For only $400, it is a very roomy washer. We can fit a full-size comforter in it. It has plenty of washing options. It's smart sense uses exactly enough water, not too little or too much.

I received the dryer in late November- the day after Christmas I was taking a load of laundry out and I noticed a large brown area by the right vent. Looking closer I saw that the back of the dryer was warped and bending. I exchanged it for the same model. The first day after two loads the same thing. The back of the dryer was warped and bending. I also had the electrician in 3 times. Once when my original dryer broke just to make sure it wasn’t electrical. Then after the first defective Whirlpool and then again after the second defective Whirlpool. Each time he said that everything looked good and there was no issue with my wiring or outlet. I’ve had many Whirlpool products in the past- never an issue. I’ll never buy another one again. If I could give no stars I would.

Great product and excellent installers. I would recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for an appliance.

Dryer works great & I love the light in it. Took a minute to adjust to the door opening down versus out, but it's easy to load & unload & clothes dry to the appropriate level. So far, so good. I'm happy with it.

I prefer cheaper options that's why I got this kind. I had similar washer and dryer in my apartment unit. And now that I moved into my own home, I decided to get the same thing. It does it's job and no issues. Highly recommended.

My whirlpool electric dryer works well. No wrinkles in clothes and lint filter on top. Basic but a work horse

Very pleased with this dryer, the fact that matches our washer just a little plus.

Dryer was installed quickly and they even used the existing ventilation from the old dryer which was removed which allowed the mandatory venting to be returned with the discarded dryer. Wife has NO issues with the new dryer and does not have to go to the laundromat anymore. PLUS PLUS

My parent's dryer died after 20 years and needed a new one and this one is perfect so far!

If you don’t read the fine print you will be disappointed without the hookup customer service agent was very rude
