Two things I dislike, and one is pretty important. First is the lint trap is poorly designed. It’s on top and when you pull it out it gets lint everywhere. The second and much bigger problem is the dryer takes FOREVER to dry. My 20 year old dryer worked way better than this one.

I've had whirlpool techs come out and geek squad. This dryer doesn't dry a normal load. So if you only want to have to use one cycle to dry completely then wash smaller loads otherwise you will have to run 2-4 (depending on what it is) cycles to complete dry. Also the lint screen catches more on the opposite side it should and not much comes out.
