I am very pleased with this purchase. In the past, I have bought fancier dryers with more features, but inevitably, something has gone wrong and they just haven't lasted long. I decided this time to go with a trusted name brand, but one without all the bells and whistles because really, I just want dry clothes. This is perfect. It is spacious and my clothes come out nice and dry, which is all I really want. I am hoping it lasts a long time.

The initial dryer that was sent didn't work correctly but Best Buy made it right and exchanged it right away. They made it extremely easy. We will continue to use Best Buy for any future appliances because of their great customer service. We love our new dryer.

love this dryer. the load capacity is INSANE. one cycle and everything was crisp and dry. barely made any notice compared to our last ones. would definitely buy again!!

Whirlpool dryer is great with drop down door. The lint screen is on top of dryer so no bending down. Purchase that was affordable and good quality.

Upgraded to this Whirlpool 7 cubic foot 14-cycle dryer from a 15 or 20 year old GE dryer. This dryer is so easy to operate and I appreciate the new features, especially the wrinkle free mode, where the clothes come out dry and wrinkle-free without being hot, and the door that opens down making loading and unloading super easy. The Best Buy associate at the Ingram store was very patient answering my questions and very helpful in matching prices with Home Depot. The dryer was delivered on time by a contract company, not Best Buy, and the delivery and installation went very quickly.

Works perfect, I purchased for my mother-in-law and she loves how quiet it is!

This Whirlpool electric dryer is very efficient for drying clothes in a shorter time than usual. I really like the many setting options for heat, load, and time. The drop down door is so nice for keeping clean clothes off of the floor! I believe this dryer will be more energy efficient than my last one.

So far has performed very well, no issues. I prefer it over the fancy gadgets on the LG we had previously.

This is a very good basic dryer, which is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want expensive extras that I wouldn't use anyway. I was a little hesitant to purchase this because some of the reviews said it takes a long time to dry clothes. I'm so happy that I purchased this dryer anyway, because my clothes are drying quickly. A regular load of clothes is approximately 45 minutes, so I am a very satisfied customer.

Best Buy as always provided excellent customer service....updates on delivery, on time, professional, quick and thorough cleanup. The Dryer is very straight forward and easy to operate. It drys the laundry efficiently and VERY quietly. I would definitely buy this dryer again.

This reasonably priced dryer works well, is quiet, dries quickly and the light inside the dryer was a nice bonus. I prefer a side opening door, this one opens top to bottom - but that is the only thing I would change. The setting to dry without a specific time works well.

Till now, we are very happy to purchase it, run very quickly and efficiently.
