Called customer service. They said we didn’t buy the extended warranty. Can you believe that? Their products are so awful they last less than two years. Now I have to suck it up and end up paying for repairs on a dryer that is less than 2 years old. Don’t buy this product. Beware.

But since then (we’ve had the dryer 4 months) it is starting to take longer and longer to dry small/medium loads of clothes. I should not have to run a small load of white clothes through the dryer twice on high. I’ve never had it take over an hour to dry white clothes. And for my darker clothes like jeans, or blacks it takes 2-3 rounds on high to completely dry everything. I’m thouroughly disappointed in this dryer, as the reviews did not live up to the hype.

Had it delivered that went well they turned it on and left. And the dryer doesn’t heat. Waited 2 weeks for this one now have to wait another week for another. Now I have to go to a laundromat. I’m not happy. Won’t let the delivery people leave next time without making sure it gets hot.
