Dryer is not drying

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dryer stop drying in about a year and 10 months from the purchase. We are four household members with two loads of washing and drying per week. I expected whirlpool dryer would last atleast 5 to 7 yrs, but dissapointed. I will am looking for another brand now.

Patience All Dried Up!

However, I was DEEPLY disappointed when I opened the small load of clothes and they were still wet. I expected much better results from a brand new day old dryer…still waiting for an exchange 3 weeks later!!!!!

I have to cycle my clothes through TWICE on the highest heat and the longest duration. Not convenient at all and now doing laundry takes twice as long - sometimes taking two days to do.

Waste of money and manufacturers should be responsible for their products that end up in a landfill before 5 years of use.
