    The dryer had scratch marks on the top down to the metal, may have been a floor model though purchase was for a new one.

    This machine barely dry’s clothes. Have to run clothes for almost two hours to get clothes to dry.

    Must be a lemon

    Door seal had to be replaced at six months and it completely stopped working a few weeks after the 1 year warranty expired. Repairs will cost as much as a new dryer. Not impressed with this product at all.

    Well I give it one star because it hasn't been delivered yet but they keep pestering me for a review so here you go. I have no freaking idea how to rate this because I'm not going to get it for another 3 weeks or so. So annoying

    Takes forever to dry clothes. So very loud. Returning! Lint trap on top and lint gets everywhere.

    Had to have my first dryer replaced because it didn't dry. It doesnt work well with bigger loads. I have to run the dryer twice for clothes or comforter to be completely dry.

    Dryer won’t heat

    I’ve had this dryer for a year. It will not heat to dry the clothes. I’ve had this issue since a few months after buying it. I thought Whirlpool made good products, but I guess not!

    BUY Somethiing else.

    Very unhappy. Have to put every load in twice to get dry even DriFit clothes don't get dry in one cycle. We had a Whirlpool, previously and were happy with performance but this one is nowhere near as good and model is almsot exactly the same.

    terrible delivery and dryer didn't work well.

    the dryer did not fully dry clothes or towels even after 3 hours for towels. Part of the problem could have been the delivery people. They twisted the vent hose and scraped the wall when pushing it to the wall. They also put a gash in my linoleum. Needless to say, it was returned and I have a much better GE product that actually dries everything nicely.

    It dries terribly. This also took 2 tries to get delivered (months)because the first time both the dryer and washer were severely damaged. Just curious now if the drier was damaged and that’s why it dries so poorly. And yes, I’ve cleaned my house vents.

    Heating is Poor

    The dryer does not get hot enough. My towels require 3 cycles in order to dry. I would not recommend this dryer.

    Whirlpool dryer

    This dryer does not dry heavy clothes (jeans,towels) without running the dryer a second time. It has a setting for 70 minutes and one for extra dry - neither setting gets the heavy stuff dry the first time .

    If I could give it zero stars I would!! This dryer has stopped working on me 4 times in not even 2 years. The heating element sucks! I have techs in my house repairing it so many times it is ridiculous! They even said that is costs more to fix it at this point than what it is worth. Stay away from this product!

    Had two deliveries both dryers dented in the same spot had to wait 2 weeks for the second dented dryer!! Then a week for the 3rd attempt

    Had this machine 30 days. This machine is not getting my clothes clean. I tried to wash sheets and when the cycle was complete they had grease stains on them. Also, I tried to wash a small bedspread and when it was done the top half of the blanket wasn't even wet and there was a tide pod on top of the blanket that hadn't been mixed in. I think there needs to be more water in the drum. If you use liquid tide, there is no place to pour detergent but into the bottom of the drum. Wish I could return this and get a different one.
