    I paid for my dryer on Feb. 28th and by March 18th i still did not have it. I cancled the order and got my money back. I wasn't happy.

    Unfortunately the dryer turns on but does not produce heat. Customer service representatives were difficult to understand and I was passed on to multiple departments.

    Bought this to replace a 30 old Kenmore dryer. However it stopped heating in 5 months.

    This was a nightmare I purchase this and it took several drying cycles to dry the clothes. I had really bad experience. I had three appointments set which was canceled three times since beginning of August . I called corporate several times complaining no Manager returned my call. I finally went back to the store spoke with District Mgr Gregg he really assist me with my problems.

    The Whirlpool WED4950HW clothes dryer is moderately priced and has all the basic features one would expect. However, the dryer is defective with an broken temperature control switch. The dryer will also overheat and shut off. BestBuy has graciously agreed to exchange it. Kudos to their customer service team! When the replacement arrives I will give an updated review.

    How does a dryer not even come with a power cord?? Or a vent or anything else to use it. At the very least someone at best buy should have let us know when we purchased it in store.

    Worst dryer I have ever used. The dampness dection is terrible. I put on High Temp for 70 minutes and does not dry clothes. I put on automatic dry setting and clothes come out damp. The only thing that works is the buzzer when cycle finishes.

    The actual purchase date of the product was 10/11 with delivery arranged for 10/18. The product was finally delivered 10/22, defective. I then had to wait an additional week for exchange. Poor service, poor product quality.
