Spin cycle is the most you’ll get from this dryer. 4 hour dry cycle is way too long. I need to buy something new.

I do Not like it, it does not dry clothes well at all

It's a great dryer, however it doesn't work when you push the button to start! I'm going to call in for repairs.

Replacement dryer for the exact same one that started squeaking and rumbling for almost a year. Probably a pulley belt or assembly but after a year I’m sure more damage was done than the replacement cost. Plus took over 3 cycles (3 hrs) to dry a load. This one is a champ. Very quiet, dries quick, has a light, and got on sale. Was going to go with the LG model that matches my new washer but LG has no light and is a bit smaller sq. Ft inside. The light is the selling point for me. I stay up late doing laundry and it’s a must.

This is a great basic Dryer, what more do you need? I like it because there is no computer to break down. Just a basic button and pulley dryer with no technicalities. It dries large loads to fully dry. It is quiet and lightweight for moving around. I think this is perfect. No thrill. Easy. DONE!

very easy to use, much bigger capacity than my old dryer, that saves using dryer more frequently. It's quiet, switched off automatically.

I purchased a whirlpool 7 cubic foot electric dryer, Model WED 4950HW several weeks ago and have used it ever since. It has the following advantages 1) the dryer door opens down so it fit in my relatively small laundry room, 2) it is larger than my previous dryer so it should accommodate a queen size comforter, 3) it had received many positive reviews from Best Buy customers. Also it is very straight-forward to use with few extras except a moisture sensor, and it was on sale. It works very well and the ordering, delivery, and installation was excellent.

The dryer is quiet and fast, much better than my last dryer. The alarm would wake the dead, and it's very persistent. You can turn it off if you don't want to hear it.

Love the dryer! Washed and dried a load when after the dryer was installed. Clothes were dry within 40 minutes. Meech and Gladstone did an excellent job of removing my old dryer without damaging walls and explaining exactly what they were doing. Definitely white glove service

We are very pleased with this dryer. It's very simple and plain, but that's what we wanted. No frills, but it works great!

THE DRYER WORK REALLY GOOD. EASY TO USE THE MACHINE. THE ISSUE I HAVE IS WITH THE ORIGINAL INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLERS DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. THE EXAUST HOSE WAS NOT SECURED PROPERLY TO THE WALL GOING OUTSIDE AND CAME LOOSE AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS. WE HAD TO CALL TO HAVE THIS FIXED. THE GUYS INSTALLING THE DRYER WERE IN A HURRY TO GET TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER AND AVOIDED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE TO DO JOB RIGHT. THEY SAID THAT WE NEEDED TO GET A PLUMBER TO ATTACH THE HOSE PROPERLY. IF THIS CONTINUES THAN BEST BUY MIGHT BE LOOSING CUSTOMERS. IF IT HAPPENED TO US THAN IT IS HAPPENING TO OTHERS.

Great product, does exactly what it is supposed to. Small issue with delivery. Guys were in and out very quick no problem there. However, I paid for parts and installation. They did not have a hose long enough with them. So they just left. I had to go get a longer hose on my own and figure it out. Not the biggest deal in the world for me. but what if it had been my mother or wife? They would have had a much bigger issue. Not cool Best Buy. Have your guys come prepared.

Really like the size and it works great! It was a great purchase!

Dryer is nice looking large tub easy to run works well.

I checked out different dryers but then decided on this whirlpool which was a good decision on my part and added 5 year protection plan

My wife loves how it dries and how it is easy to use.
