Quiet and efficient for small space. Or small appartement

We LOVE our new dryer! We use the dryer for our business, washing towels for our performer guests who sweat on stage. And if a traveling musician needs to do a load of laundry it's on the house! The price is perfect. Definitely recommend.

The only positive of this dryer is the hamper door. Run. Do not walk away from this dryer. The first one was delivered new and it did not work; so it was replaced. The second new machine also had issues, but after another service call (and new replacement parts), I had a new working machine. That said, the on/off button never worked - just push it and it would start no matter what it was pointed to. Within a couple months, the interior was completely rusted. I called the total tech team, they suggested I pay the deductible for them to come check it out. Then, about a month before having this dryer for two years, it just stopped drying clothes altogether. I paid the total tech fees, a service man came out, and nothing was done. We waited 2 weeks for new parts. The parts started being delivered to our house and we held onto them until the service person came back. Parts were replaced - tech confirmed it would work (without testing it) and left my house. No! It did not work. I called him on the phone and the tech was very belligerent with me; did not seem to care about his job or who he was representing. So I went to the store where I purchased the dryer and spoke w the store manager as well as the general manager. Since this machine had already had all the parts replaced more than once (they were wanting to exchange out the parts again!), I just wanted them to stand by their warranty and replace my defective item. Fast forward now almost two months. The defective dryer is still in my house. We are supposed to have a new dryer delivered tomorrow - but we will install ourselves bc now I have zero faith in the Best Buy installers.

This dryer is efficient and effective and was relatively inexpensive.

It is not loud dryer. It dries quickly and takes out wrinkles nicely.

I used to own a whirlpool for 13 years and it just gave out so I went back to purchase this one. I think is too soon to tell but I trust this brand. I love the fact that the door opens to the bottom. My clothes never fall on the floor. One I put my sons shoes to dry and they door kept opening. That’s the only thing. Other than that. I hope it can last me 13 years just like the other one did.

It’s a very nice dryer. I love the fact that it has the filter in the front so that you can easily take it out and completely clean it out instead of those top ones where it pushes down and it gets stuck inside. It’s a pretty good machine and a lot bigger than I thought.

User friendly, good product for the money, dries fast.

Great price for a great dryer. We decided to go with this dryer with the dials instead of the electronic panel. Works great. Just wish that the dryer lint screen was down by the door instead of on the top.

Dryer works good, 1st unit I purchased in years. Was very skeptical to buy a new dryer. Due to newer models looking nice, yet breaking down quicker.

This unit is easy to operate with no frills. I would've given it 5 stars except I had another one, exactly like it, that did not work very well and lasted just a bit over a year. I do think that was a fluke and decided to give it another try. Fingers crossed!

I was looking for an affordable dryer that would get the job done; this Whirlpool seems to do the trick. It's not loaded with features, but if you just need something with a decent capacity that'll dry your clothes efficiently, this is it. I only have two small issues. I don't like the lint trap being on the top of the dryer (and it seems like it might be prone to breaking) and I don't love that the door opens down instead of to the side. Makes getting clothes out a little tricky.
