The dryer is somewhat loud but easy to use and drys heavy items well

I for the most part like this dryer very much. It has a large door for loading and unloading and the light inside keeps me form missing anything when I unload it. My only issue is that it does not seem to dry quite as well as my old dryer. So instead of setting the auto dry to more dry, like my old dryer, I have to set it to very dry. But this is only a minor issue, as I would still highly recommend this dryer.

It's a little loud, but works well. I like the oven style door.

I am fond of this brand and the same style of washer and dryer due to my preference for uncomplicated designs and my habit of upgrading every five years. After my previous dryer served its purpose for five years, I decided to purchase the same model. A key difference between the two is that the door on my old model swung sideways, whereas the door on this new model opens from the top. But… I may have identified a potential issue with this model, the door requires significant force to close properly, and if not, it will not shut correctly and may open unexpectedly. Also, the opening is smaller compared to the previous model. I am not satisfied with this new model due to the inconvenience it causes, particularly the excessive force needed to close the door. In my opinion, this could be a manufacturing defect. Although I have decided to keep the product due to the hassle of returning or replacing it, I wanted to bring this issue to your attention as there seems to be a problem with its design.

Dryer is working great. No problem with the delivery or installation

so far ive noticed that it is very quiet and it seems to dry much faster than our previous Kenmore dryer which never gave us any problems

Works well for drying. My only reservation is that I would prefer the door to open to the side instead of down. Makes it a little awkward to reach in and remove the clothes. Also, I find that when putting clothes in the dryer, they regularly catch on the latch mechanism at the top center of the opening.

This dryer will do for now. I just wish it would dry faster. I have to dry it twice. But other than that it's big and it gets the job done eventually

Great dryer. A lot of extras for the price. Light in the drum, door opens to a table and efficiently dries clothes. Very quite.

Awesome Dryer. We purchased this new dryer to replace our old Whirlpool dryer. The installation was painless and the new dryer works so much better than the old one.

I love my new dryer! I wasn't sure I would like the drop down door but I really do! The installation was fast and perfect. The installers were knowledge, clean and informative! I know my new Best Buy dryer will last as long if not longer than my last Best Buy dryer!

Best Buy is the best. Best prices. Best service. I recently returned from a trip very sick. There was no problem rescheduling my delivery until i was well. Customer service was very kind and handled the delay with courtesy.
