The salesperson at the store was very helpful. No pressure to have us look at other products or have us buy something more expensive. Was also very polite and respectful. I wish all of the salespeople in the store were as good as this one. The delivery team was exceptional. Arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and were done in 10 minutes. Very careful as they removed the old dryer and brought in the new one. Also very safety minded. Both delivery people wore masks and didn't touch anything in the house other than the dryers. Best delivery I've ever had.

No fancy bells and whistles but works great so far. For the price it does it’s job and that is all we needed.

Got this dryer on sale, so I got even more of a bargain. However, even at regular price, this is a good dryer with a large capacity, even more than what it at first seems like. A bonus feature you won't notice in a store is that it lights up inside when you open it up. Also, I'm someone that's used to a side opening door, so the pull down door is an interesting change. As you pull out your clothes, it helps to keep them from falling out on the floor.

Great dryer. Prefer the manual controls rather than electronic. Also prefer dryer door that opens horizontally flat, rather than vertical.

I purchased this dryer to replace an old existing one that only had medium and high heat options. Both which were too hot for my clothes. This dryer has low to high heat options and they work great. I dry everything pretty much in low and it performs well and not too noisy. The lint trap is easy to clean out. The buzzer is a little too loud by its OK because you can disable it.

It’s quiet, easy to use knobs, inside light which is awesome. Works well, easy to clean lint trap. I would buy it again.

The whirlpool dryer is so nice and perfect for my needs i love the light inside when you open it and the quality and wormanship is great for the price.
