GLD Great little dryer, (not little)

Not sure about this

But we have owned it for just over 6 months and I have to call in for repairs already. It took 3 hrs to dry a light load of clothes the other night. Our last dryer lasted us 28 years, and worked like a champ the majority of those years before we had any issue with it. I am hoping this is a fluke and once Best Buy repairs it, it will work for many years. We shall see. I may change the review in the future.

My last dryer was a LG with all the bells and whistles, which turned out to be a headache costing me several hundred over 6 years to service - junk. Thus far this unit is basic and usually dries an extra large load with no issue. The control is similar to the 80s style units that last 20 plus years.

My new Whirlpool electric dryer

I think more time is needed to really know how good it is, but the one thing I can say, is that I’m really missing the permanent press option that my older dryer had.
