Beyond frustrated

This one has a hard time drying towels and things like the cuffs on sweatshirts or the waist of jeans, even after it runs on high temp for 70 minutes. Started having problems right after the 30 days expired to return it to the store, now here we are at the beginning of June and the drum is clanking and screeching so loud I can't even run the dryer. I called to see what my options are and now I'm stuck going through Whirlpool's warranty program and someone has to come out to look at it. I wish I never bought this thing. I was hoping that after picking a model that was digital (the one that didnt work) and then just going for one that has old school dials that maybe it would be built a little better, I was wrong. Save yourself the headache and RUN AWAY from this dryer.

Purchased because of independent options for heat and cycle time and fluff only. My old dryer only had preprogrammed cycles where I had to repeatedly go restart the dryer for the lower heat cycle.

Electrical power cord and vent would have cost an additional $30 each, I recycled them from my old dryer. After a month of use, no problems to report.
