Got the dryer a week ago and seems that is taking longer than our previous dryer. I replaced the vent with a new one and made sure there is no blockage, we’ll keep it for a few days and this continues, it may be going back.

It’s working great. It’s not too loud and it dries a lot faster than our previous dryer.

It sometimes takes 2 cycles to dry, especially with towels.

Liked the simplicity of this product. Owned a Whirlpool dryer previously to this one and lasted me 20 years. Hoping its the last dryer i'll ever need to buy.

Great Dryer, and was easy to install as I replaced my older dryer. Loved this because I wanted the door to open forward due to the construction of my laundry room and this one fit the space perfectly.

Its good but the sensor is a little to anoyed beacuse if you put light close it wont dry because the sensor does not pick it up

Dryer started making a noise less than a month in. Then after 2 weeks it would not start at all. BestBuy was of NO help. I don’t even know why I purchased through them. Contacted Whirlpool and the technician they sent out had NO idea what he was doing. I knew more of what was going on with the dryer from the internet then this guy did. He didn’t even do much to the dryer, stayed for less then 15 mins and told me I had to get an electrician to check my electric wall plug. Before leaving he said he would order parts in the meantime, gave me a number to call on ETA of parts. After he left, I received an email that they were actually NOT ordering the parts and for me to contact an electrician. Never had any electrical issues before in my home. Obviously they won’t pay for the electrician so I’m out that money…anyways had someone come out to verify that it is not my home with the issue it is indeed the dryer. I don’t even want Whirlpool/ASI Appliance repairmen back in my home to fix a month old dryer. They can come pick up this dryer, resale it and use that money to retrain or rehire better techs that won’t tell you want you want to hear just to rush out of your home and end up doing nothing at all. I disputed the charge, cancelled my BestBuy credit card and will NEVER purchase another item from them again.

Works well with the Whirlpool 3.8 cu. ft. washer I bought as a package on Labor Day. Got about $110 in gift cards for buying the pair plus another $25 from Best Buy. Overall cost including sales tax for the pair was $1163. Definitely no complaints for that.

Whirlpool washer and dryer is a bit noisy, gears grind.

I have been enjoying the dryer. The is nice, catches any clothes from getting lost or dropped on the floor.

Recently purchased this dryer for my new apartment. Has worked very well for the first 5 loads. Sometimes takes a little longer than my old dryer, but not terribly long. The alerts are a little loud and annoying, but can easily be turned off

An inexpensive dryer that is easy to use and energy efficient. This machine is exactly as presented on the web site. I would recommend it.

Installation instruction was simple to understand, thus making self installation uneventful. Dryer is simple to operate and does a fair job of drying...although the heating is not as hot as my last dryer that this replaced, thus require longer cycle to dry a load.

It’s a straightforward clothes dryer. We do like the fact the door opens down instead of left to right. It catches anything that could fall on the floor as we don’t have to switch the sides if we move. The cycle complete buzzer is very loud but, you can turn it off. Simply put it does its job and does it well.
