It has a lot of settings for different kinds of fabric. I love the way it fluffs the clothes if you don't get them out right away, It fluffs them and gives you another reminder until you remove them.

I've had whirlpool techs come out and geek squad. This dryer doesn't dry a normal load. So if you only want to have to use one cycle to dry completely then wash smaller loads otherwise you will have to run 2-4 (depending on what it is) cycles to complete dry. Also the lint screen catches more on the opposite side it should and not much comes out.

The only thing I would say needs an upgrade are the legs that are used to level the dryer are made from a very cheap plastic. Other than that, works like a charm.

We have to have the setting on high. Not sure if the dryer is completely at fault or not. Washer doesn't spin clothes real well. They are very damp.

I've only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. It dries very efficient and in half the the time as my old dryer. Very happy so far.
