    Low heat is not very low and... NOT good lint & hair collection. EXTREMELY annoying as that's why I bought the darn thing :-( But it's super large and the horizontal door is wonderful!

    It broke down not even a month, But our warranty from best buy just passed because its only 20 days, Called whirlpool for the warranty they sent a repair appliance company.

    Good basic dryer, no need for bella and whistles. Only complaint is the lint trap lint sometime will pull off when pulling it out.

    I loved my old whirlpool dryer but new one is just ok. It takes a lot longer to get clothes dry. I usually have to run cycle twice to get clothes dry.

    The dryer took 2 to 3 cycles to dry, i have back problems so that definitely didn’t help going up & down the stairs so I returned it ,my other dryer broke down but it only took one cycle to dry,

    Dryer works well however doesn't get as hot as my old dryer, I have to put small load to get a full dry although the compartment is bigger than my old one.

    I like it Works pretty well able to dry a big load at one time was actually to dry a comforter and sheets at the same time in one cycle.
