    We bought this dyer in Oct 2023. The heating element has gone out on it already. Called customer service. They said we didn’t buy the extended warranty. Can you believe that? Their products are so awful they last less than two years. Now I have to suck it up and end up paying for repairs on a dryer that is less than 2 years old. Don’t buy this product. Beware.
