    For the first month of use the dryer was working just fine. But since then (we’ve had the dryer 4 months) it is starting to take longer and longer to dry small/medium loads of clothes. I should not have to run a small load of white clothes through the dryer twice on high. I’ve never had it take over an hour to dry white clothes. And for my darker clothes like jeans, or blacks it takes 2-3 rounds on high to completely dry everything. I’m thouroughly disappointed in this dryer, as the reviews did not live up to the hype.

    I’m very disappointed my last Whirlpool Dryer lasted 19 years no issues only bought a new set for new house so I bought them same one I had since it was great. Had it delivered that went well they turned it on and left. And the dryer doesn’t heat. Waited 2 weeks for this one now have to wait another week for another. Now I have to go to a laundromat. I’m not happy. Won’t let the delivery people leave next time without making sure it gets hot.

    This new dryer doesn't dry heavy clothes near as well as my old Whirlpool. Quite disappointed in it so far.

    Kinda disappointed, more than a few times the clothes were still wet after auto dry, then manual dry. Being brand new I expected more. The washer works great, but I’d keep lookin for a dryer.

    Very dissatisfied with this dryer. It does not cycle or get hot . Clothes will be in for almost 45 minutes and still wet even on a high setting. Very disappointing that even support could not tell me what’s wrong and now I’m stuck paying for a dryer that doesn’t work
