Had it delivered that went well they turned it on and left. And the dryer doesn’t heat. Waited 2 weeks for this one now have to wait another week for another. Now I have to go to a laundromat. I’m not happy. Won’t let the delivery people leave next time without making sure it gets hot.

But since then (we’ve had the dryer 4 months) it is starting to take longer and longer to dry small/medium loads of clothes. I should not have to run a small load of white clothes through the dryer twice on high. I’ve never had it take over an hour to dry white clothes. And for my darker clothes like jeans, or blacks it takes 2-3 rounds on high to completely dry everything. I’m thouroughly disappointed in this dryer, as the reviews did not live up to the hype.

Whirlpool Electric Dryer from Best Buy

I called multiple Best Buy and Whirlpool about printed documents. Best Buy told me the printed documents were included in the box. They were not in the box. Don't know how to properly use it and maintain it.

Clothes will be in for almost 45 minutes and still wet even on a high setting. Very disappointing that even support could not tell me what’s wrong and now I’m stuck paying for a dryer that doesn’t work
