BB Technician told me that everything is ok... funny. He thought that the vent pipe might be the problem, but my previous dryer did not have any problems with the house vent pipe for 14 years (cleaned last year). I returned, Guess what? My new Samsung dryer works with just one cycle at mid temperature (same vent)

We are four household members with two loads of washing and drying per week. I expected whirlpool dryer would last atleast 5 to 7 yrs, but dissapointed. I will am looking for another brand now.

And 2 different dryers since first was defective. First and fourth group were good. 2nd and 3rd group were terrible. 2nd group broke my dryer vent that attached to wall and third group did nothing. Salesman at store was great.

Disappointed in his dyer

I only purchased this dryer to match the washer that I already had. It is hard to remove all the clothes in the back of the dryer while doing a big load. You have to really reach far into the drum to grab the clothes. The lint screen on top of the dryer makes a mess every time I pull it out to clean it. The design of placing this screen at the top is stupid!
