However, I was DEEPLY disappointed when I opened the small load of clothes and they were still wet. I have to cycle my clothes through TWICE on the highest heat and the longest duration. Not convenient at all and now doing laundry takes twice as long - sometimes taking two days to do.

Waste of money and manufacturers should be responsible for their products that end up in a landfill before 5 years of use.
