I bought this dryer because my previous similar model lasted over 25 years with a log of several repair service in the last 5 years. Although this new one doesn't look fancy, it works very well as expected.

The door is hard to pull open. The installer didn't push it in to the wall enough.

I hadn't realized how out-of-date my old washer was until I got this new one installed! It performs very well and I like many of its features that I haven't had before. It is moderately priced and it goes well with a matching gas or electric dryer. I would have liked to have been told that I needed different detergent for it though. I had no idea of that and had recently purchased a huge box of Tide that would have lasted me for many months. It's not recommended for these new machines.

Everything with this purchase went very well. We had to wait for three weeks to get the appliance we needed, but it was delivered and installed on time and with considerable care. The sales associates, the communicators, and the installers were all timely in their assignments and every person did exactly what he said he would do WHEN he said he would do it. We are very impressed and very thankful.

It is great! I bought my last dryer in 1987. it was a Whirlpool. I still have the Washer. When it goes I will by the matching washer! great services and delivery. Will do it again soon.
