Simple easy to use without a bunch of useless bells and whistles like other models. Just set timer and go. Good brand and better price

We wanted a simple washer and dryer. And what we end up getting was simply great. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences thus far.

It has only been a few weeks since we receive them, so far so good, I love the hamper style door. The dryer has plenty of options and cycles to cover almost any fabric. Very happy with the purchase. Best Buy's purchase and delivery were outstanding.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Whirlpool dryer. It replaces a much older Whirlpool and performs better than expected. Drying times are GREATLY reduced and the dryer is very quiet. Pricing at Best Buy was great, especially with free delivery.

I love the dryer the only problem was the on line part it took me a month & 1/2 due to suspension of friar & all the back & fourth & even going inside the store showing my identity was not enough very frustrating

This is a fine product for the money. Best Buy service did a great job of helping with a price match so that I paid the lesser price. The service techs installed the new one in a timely manner and did a quality job. The only reason I gave Best Buy four stars is that there was NO way for me to add an extended warranty after purchase other than taking my receipt to a Best Buy store in person within two weeks. Given their stellar online service, I think that they should make it easy for me to add the warranty online. Otherwise, they did fine job.

The dryer works fine, in fact it works like a charm. However, the paint/coating inside the dyer has faded in under a month, you can see the black underneath on the back wall.

This dryer is a direct replacement for it's Whirlpool predecessor that lasted 15 years before the motor seized. Word to the wize - clean around the motor when you clean your dryer vent pipe annually. I expect to get many years of service with this one as achieved with the last Whirlpool Gas Dryer.

Dries well. Like that it is simple, not complicated. The timer knob is a little hard to turn, I hope it does not have problems with time.
