Made noise since installation

I told the delivery guy right after he installed it. He said it’s probably just new and will go away. Nope! I can never get anyone at Best Buy. I’ve been waiting for a call back for 2 hours. Customer service is a nightmare. I don’t know if it’s a dryer or installation problem.
