Wirlpool would like a $358 fee to send out a repair tech. Now I will twice about another purchase.

Called Whirlpool for warranty service by a “qualified tech.” Call center gave me a long song and dance about buying an extended warranty. Seriously? For a unit that lasts only two months??? I’d rather just junk it and get a different brand that ACTUALLY WORKS. Tech never showed or called on day of appointment. Service co. said they could not give me next day service, even though THEY canceled their own appointment. So, had to get to the back of the line for another attempt. No confidence that tech will show up or fix the dryer. Wish I could return it to Whirlpool. Use it as landfill.

Dryer OK, Washer Not So Much
