Installation wouldn't install gas hose because it wasn't mounted the way they wanted, but no big deal, I corrected that. The next day I am checking the connection for natural gas leak and find that the machine itself is leaking natural gas under the unit. I called for eventual replacement. Dryer works fine now but washer that was paired with it's control panel failed last month at ~10 months of single family use. I am lowering the overall rating due to the multiple issues with the units and long wait times for repair. I called Whirlpool for an escalation or reimbursement and was told to kindly kick rocks.

I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the TERRIBLE buzzer when it stops! And if you use the wrinkle setting it sounds that terrible buzzer every 2 min!!!

No room for a side door in my utility room. Also needed the lint trap on the top of the dryer since there is no direct exit to the outside. This dryer met those needs.

Does an excellent job on my larger loads. The only down side is when using low temp, even very light clothing takes a long time.
