We love the Whirlpool washer! We needed a specific model (one where the door opens from the top; not the sides). This was exactly what we were looking for; and it works great!

was able to find the dryer that matched my washer even though both were purchased in separate years.

This One Replaces My Old Whirlpool Dryer Which I Had For 17 Years, Which Was Great. But This New One Can Dry My "Medium To Large" Size Loads, On The Medium Heat Setting In 40 Minutes. For Me That's Awesome

This washer was fine for the first year now it stopped working and needs repair. Wirlpool would like a $358 fee to send out a repair tech. Now I will twice about another purchase.

Works as advertised. We also got the floor model, so at a nice discount too.

Good washer for the price...do not overload it, it definitely doesn't dry as well overloaded. But for normal sized loads, it works well enough

I wanted a door that pulls down, not to the side. No room for a side door in my utility room. Also needed the lint trap on the top of the dryer since there is no direct exit to the outside. This dryer met those needs.

Very good for the price! Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles... I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the TERRIBLE buzzer when it stops! And if you use the wrinkle setting it sounds that terrible buzzer every 2 min!!!

The machine itself so far so good. The installers almost blew my house up. I had to get the local Gas & Electric Dept. to come and fix the gas leak.

Great machine. Delivery and set up were better than expected. Does an excellent job on my larger loads. The only down side is when using low temp, even very light clothing takes a long time.

I didn’t realize how little our old dryer was doing it’s job until it died completely and we had to get a replacement.

We really like the fact that the door on this unit opens down. Keeps things off the floor. The simple controls on this unit should be more reliable than the computerized ones.

The dryer is very nice it’s just what I needed but it did come with a small dent on it near the bottom

My request was handled very efficiently and in a timely manner, unlike other big stores like Home Depot, etc, where I had originally gone, but decided not to buy it there.

love the dryer. the one thing I would like to see changed is the timer when dry cycle has ended. it only buzzes once. My other whirlpool dryer buzzed more than once.
