Stopped drying after less than two months. Called Whirlpool for warranty service by a “qualified tech.” Call center gave me a long song and dance about buying an extended warranty. Seriously? For a unit that lasts only two months??? I’d rather just junk it and get a different brand that ACTUALLY WORKS. Tech never showed or called on day of appointment. Service co. said they could not give me next day service, even though THEY canceled their own appointment. So, had to get to the back of the line for another attempt. No confidence that tech will show up or fix the dryer. Wish I could return it to Whirlpool. Use it as landfill.

I wish we could have kept this awesome simple to use drtyer , it was to wide, needs to come in a 27 inch size otherwise if it fits your space, I highly reccomend it.

Really good dryer. Proced very reasonable. Gas dryers tend to last. We are hoping to use it for many years

Its a basic -no whistles or bells gas dryer. Depending on the type of material of clothing-sheets-towels, depends on how long it will take to dry. Synthethic material takes longer, as does anything with rubber/type like stretchy can take up to 3 hrs to dry on high heat. Cant put more than 5 garments in 1 cycle. Towels 2 will take 2 hrs - if thick towels 1 towel. Have to use the Time Dry up to 70 min for most everything to dry with the dial, unless its lingerea or 100% cotton, then less.

Whirlpool is a brand name u can depend on with proven longevity and good user friendly control buttons. Plus BB is easy, friendly store to make ur purchase!

Works well. Not rated as energy efficient. So that's a draw back. So far no issues

Simple to use dryer, controls are nice and straightforward the only thing I didn’t do was measure precisely enough, but it still fit good for us to use!

Love the simplicity of the dryer and only hope it lasts as long as my last one (same model)

Good basic quality, does not come with any gas connector or hose.

Excellent machine in operation, but top loading would be much better for a person with,my handicaps.

The first Dryer delivered did not work. The igniter failed to operate. We had to wait 2 Days to get a replacement. It is and has worked fine.

Only a few days so far, but works as described. We'll have to wait and see about longevity. Looks good. Probably will eventually get matching washer.

This dryer replaced our old dryer and does the same things. The light in the dryer is handy and the end of cycle audio signal is nice and can be turned on and off.

Washer and dryer was delivered as promised. Installation wouldn't install gas hose because it wasn't mounted the way they wanted, but no big deal, I corrected that. The next day I am checking the connection for natural gas leak and find that the machine itself is leaking natural gas under the unit. I called for eventual replacement. Dryer works fine now but washer that was paired with it's control panel failed last month at ~10 months of single family use. I am lowering the overall rating due to the multiple issues with the units and long wait times for repair. I called Whirlpool for an escalation or reimbursement and was told to kindly kick rocks.

Delivery crew was on time very nice and professional explain to me thier policy on installing the gas dryer and why they couldn't installing the vent all parts was credit back to card
