The problem is neither Whirlpool nor Best Buy had the needed conversion kit in stock to do the conversion from gas to propane. (Whirlpool changed the parts inside the dryer so that the usual conversion kit, 49572A won't fit the dryer.) I am a totaltech member, though, and Best Buy came and got the dryer for free within a few days of my notifying them that it wouldn't work. Love that! I did have to call the store directly. I also had to call the store directly to get the refund payment to my credit card, as three weeks later it had not been done. One phone call took care of that. If the store begins to carry part # W11581316, it should work for a conversion.
