    This is a very basic dryer. It works fine. However, after about a year and a half the finish on the interior of the drum has started chipping off. At first I thought something dark with sticking to the white interior - but no, it was the bare metal where the enamel used to be. I thought maybe it was just a fluke - maybe a belt buckle hit it just wrong, but no, it is now chipping in other areas. I do not use the dryer for anything unusual - just sheets, towels, clothes. It used to be that a basic dryer would last for 20 years. I just looked up my purchase to see if the warranty was in effect, but sadly it is not. I cannot recommend this dryer.
