Also it has a long cool down feature which I don’t need. It makes the dry take long. If there’s too much water in the clothes it just won’t dry it. Also shakes too much. If I could give it back I would.

Dryer works, delivery wasn't good.

My daughter told me that instead of taking the dryer out of the box, they took my door off. Box is bigger than the dryer, it would have made it clear if they'd take it out and took all the garbage with them. I need to get my recycle fee back since they didn't take my old one with them.

After 30 days the dryer will not even dry the clothes and service is scheduled two weeks away. Wish I could return the appliance ..... especially when it is not the best time to do laundry in a public laundry.

Loss of money and terrible quality

The wire from the seal rips and had to replace it a lot of times! After a week of being replaced it starts to rip again.

Doesn't dry clothes

We've run a normal load for 3 hours and still not dry. It took 2 hours to dry a t-shirt and a pair of cotton pants. I can't imagine what this is doing to our electric and gas bills. Will be trying to return it asap.

Worst dryer ever

Can’t get a load to dry in more than three hours? This is ridiculous seems like it worked OK for about a month. Then it doesn’t even dry. Don’t buy this dryer. This machine has only caused my family frustration.

Complicated

This unit doesnt allow it to happen since, it has full sense; it determines how much water is needed per load. I guess its good and bad haha

Second delivery driver said that was nonsense it could have been done. During 1st delivery I talked to a manager at geek squid and said redelivered would happen within 2 days. When I called to reschedule they said no redelivery for one week. Totally unacceptable
