I was advised that the purchase price of the electric dryer would be credited back to me once the electric dryer was returned to warehouse. I have not received the credit to date.

Best Buy delivery service does not read mailbox numbers and was going to deliver to a house down the street so can't recommend that service either.

I called best buy and they told me there were a lot of problems with this dryer. It would cost close to $1000.00 to fix. It's the belt. I will never buy from Best Buy again. after chatting for over an hour with a 7am to 7 pm for new dryer I was transferred for the 3rd time so I'm done with best buy. I guess they've changed. If you add anything to your cart online you cannot remove it. I have never had a problem requesting a morning slot anywhere. Seems they dont really care about customers.
