My wife and myself are very happy with this washer and it's accompanying dryer. The washer has a big drum size for huge loads and cleans extremely well with HE detergent. My favorite thing about this washer and dryer combo is that the touch-panel seems very responsive and am not afraid of it breaking. I also really like that it does not have a full-size agitator which allows to fit more dirty laundry in at once. Accompanying Dryer: Very good as well! Seems that the Bulk/Sheets mode (which is longer with higher heat levels) actually dries blankets and sheets less than normal mode with manual high heat setting. Overall we highly recommend this washer and dryer set.

It's different than the washing machines I'm used to, but it cleans everything well, while using a lot less water. I've had it for a month or 2 and I'm very pleased with it. It also has a large tub for my comforters. I bought this washer to replace my older, not worth the money to fix washer. When washer shopping, I kept coming back to this one. Then it was on sale for a good price, and there was an (unused) open item - so I got a really great price on the washer I planned on buying anyway!! Yep, I'm very pleased! : ) I've had great luck w/open items! Love 'em!! Always worth checking in store, since on-line isn't always accurate.

I am very pleased with the capacity of this washer. It is big enough for even my bulky winter comforters. It runs quietly and has plenty of options for temperature, clothing type and soil levels.

I dye my hair medium brown every 4 weeks and I wash and reuse the same old shirt to wear every time I color my hair. It's had stained-in brown hair dye since the first time I wore it. I purchased this washer and I'm shocked how almost every bit of the brown stained in hair dye came out. My old washer, Samsung front loader didn't come close to getting the hair dye out. I never expected the dye to come out so WOW!!! was I shocked that it removed this deeply set-in hair dye. I wonder if this would also surprise Whirlpool?

We bought this unit 3 days ago set up was easy and the digital display is very easy to use (even without using the owners manual) . 3 loads have been done with no issues . So far so good only time will tell when it comes to knowing how good it is . I would recommend this washer the price was good i got the floor model so it seems like a lot of good features for a good price. I only gave 4 stars because its so new I hope over time it will earn the 5th .

Only been using this washer for a few weeks but it’s quiet and does the job. It’s large. Good bang for the buck. Only time will tell if the 5 star rating holds up.

Did some research before buying, with other brands and others models offered by Whirlpool. Compared features. Found this fits our needs and definitely best value for the money. We like whirlpool. Our earlier washer worked well for 14 years. Got busted during hurricane lightening.

like it so far but is still too new to fully evaluate it . it runs quiet,easy to use, book helps if needed.....

I replaced a 16+ year old Whirlpool and it's a little bigger and has been doing an excellent job. So did the guys who delivered and installed it.

I can fit every piece of clothing I own in this thing with room to spare! Works well, cleans well, and until the pretty alarm music goes off you barely know it's washing!

Great washer, quiet while washing and many options available for different types of clothing. Deep and wide toploader for bigger items such as comfortors

Disappointing purchase. Wish I could return it. Not enough control over the unnecessarily complicated cycles . Dry spots on clothes after wash cycle. Plus not always getting clothes clean. Be careful of high spin cycle-produces crazy wrinkled clothes. Huge capacity yet I'm afraid to/can't fill it-you have to sort clothes differently than I'm used to. You have to be careful and watchful or things may tangled or wrinkle like crepe paper or just not come clean. Washer is hard to use and get used to, adjusting each wash just so.

This replaced another Whirlpool washer with all the bells and whistles, and the low agitator. We've owned Whirlpool appliances for over 40 years for good reason - they are reliable.

Great buy works well. Clothes come out clean no issues and it's big enough to accommodate large loads.

The Best Buy salesman listened to our needs and made recommendations. This washer does a great job cleaning clothes and is much quieter than the old washer.

I decided to go for a little more than just the cheapest washing machine that I could get delivered, so I did my homework and looked at what I wanted/needed/would use and came out with a great purchase! The large drum has room for lots of clothes, towels, blankets. Batches that used to take me 2 loads I can do in 1. The lack of center column also makes loading a breeze. The electronic controls and timers should outlast the mechanical ones on older washing machines by many years. It makes pleasant tones at you while you select your desired cycle. This is an excellent choice!

We didn't want a new washer, but our old one started leaking so we bought one. We bought this one due to reviews and features. We shouldn't have waited for our old one to die - this washer is great! We can put our comforter in it with room to spare - no problem at all. These efficiency washers can hold so much more laundry! And it works really well, too. We shouldn't have waited - I'm very happy with this washer.

My new washer is very efficient and super quiet as compared to my old model. The price was much lower than the Big Box stores which made my choice a no brainer!

Great washer. Easy to use. Can easily wash a king comforter. Really spins the clothes out well.
