We love the ease of use and the saving of water as well. It does take some getting used to after having washers with the agitator, but this machine has improved the whites (with bleach added of course) as well as colors being maintained. The ease of use is nice in that you just throw the clothes in, close the lid, and let it go. No need to worry about it going off balance and feeling like an earthquake has hit your house. We love it and highly recommend it. We have had it about 8 months now.

(Which I'm sure is just what they were going for) Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It was my first time buying a washer and dryer, and I was operating on a budget of less than $600 for each. While there were plenty of positive reviews for other washers and different brands at a similar price, there were also a lot of complaints about leaking, never balancing, washes taking too long, etc. I didn't see those issues with the Whirlpool Cabrio, and thus far (knock on wood) I haven't had any problems. There's way more wash options than I know what to do with, the design is really nice, it fits a lot of clothing without being a monstrous size, and so far as I can tell, all the clothes come out clean. I will say it's not exactly a silent washer--it does shake quite a bit with the spin cycles, and I can hear it through the closed door right now. Plus, at certain points of the cycles it 100% sounds like someone is taking a shower. But, with the door closed and music/TV on, you really can't hear it that much. I'm pleased with the purchase, and would definitely recommend it, because it gave the same features as other washers with better reliability, at a much smaller price tag.

I bought this approximately 6 weeks ago. WOW!! I'm really impressed by all the convenient features packed into this energy efficient powerhouse. I can't even hear it while it washes! Extremely quiet yet very effective. I do use the Tide Pods with Downey and find it easier than liquid detergent. Either way, clothes come out in amazing condition and smell great. Absolutely love all the features. Very reasonable for the quality, convenience, effectiveness, and amazing features. Highly recommend!!

I've had this washer for about a month now and it's been great. The load capacity is huge! I do think it is a bit noisy but I never really expected it to be silent. It's in the basement so it doesn't bother me.

So far, I am really impressed with this washing machine. I have only done 4-5 loads, but it has surpassed my old washer 10 fold. If I put in a color catcher, I can do three loads to my two because there is so much more room in there without an agitator. My clothes come out so clean if I pre-treat, same as before, but I notice stains come out better. So I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend this washer to everyone.(and this is all in cold water)

This is an energy efficient top loader without an agitator. It is 4.8 cubic feet and runs quietly! Whirlpool has always been a great machine for me n the past. I like the fact that it is made in America which makes it easier to obtain parts if needed. I am so glad that I purchased this washer and have no complaints.

I am pleased with how it cleans. I had a front end loader before and forgot how deep a top loader was but I'm getting used to that. What I can't get over is how loud the cycles are. It makes some beautiful chimes instead of buzzers when the load is done and when you make selections but the noisy cycles are very disappointing. I'm glad I have a door to my laundry room or the noise would be enough to make me go through the hassle of a return.

I love it's design and pressing on options rather than using a knob. At my house, this washing machine doesn't make a loud disruptive noise. The clothes come out smelling great, clean, and washed. I've read from other reviews that the clothes don't come out clean and this making a loud noise. Fortunately, I haven't run into those problems. I love this washing machine. I also like how there's a digital countdown as well.

it takes a minute to get use to, but it cleans and works great, I'm so glad I bought it. Best Buy was great letting me know about the washer and the set up. I love all the setting and how good it cleans.

My previous HE whirlpool washer was great! It pooped out after 6 years and a family of 7! I hope this one is just as great! I love the features and ease of use. I've never used the dispensers for soap as I've been advised from several repairman friends that it shortens your applicances life plus not to use pods. This has been true so far of all of my washers.

We got this cause our's took a dump and instead of getting used we went with this one do to the price and better choice in long run..NO regrets we love it

Washes really good but it is LOUD! Washes and smells better than my front loading machine.

Immediately apparent that this was the machine we should have purchased 6yrs ago. We've struggled with our front loader for years; a major leak sealed its fate. This top loader cost half as much, is quieter, easier to load, and does the job just as well. Very intuitive controls. The detergent tray location makes it tougher to 'cheat' and pour HE liquid straight from the jug, but a non-issue using the measuring cap. My wife and I are very happy with this washer.

The machine holds a lot of laundry. The settings are easy to use. its quiet too.

This has been a great washer for us so far, many features and works really well. Impressed on how quite it is when operating.
