If you are getting heat in the Dryer, but are still having longer than average drying times, this is usually the result of a kink or clog in the venting. If you are using old venting with a new dryer, you may want to pull it out and check. The serviceman came out and said the part he needed would take over a week to arrive. Returned both washer and dryer

Awesome Dryer

We replaced an older Whirlpool Cabrio with this one and it knocked it out of the park! Easy to install, just remember that you need an inlet hose that isn't included for the steamer.
