    I wanted this dryer because of the steam function. From the beginning, it has left clothes extremely damp when using the steam function. Now it is five years old at this point, but the other day I tried to steam one thing and the water wouldn’t turn off! I had to turn the water off to the house to be able to stop the dryer. I don’t like the top of the dryer because it’s slanted. If you put anything on it it falls on the floor. Additionally, once you set a program you have to turn it off to make any changes. It is not intuitive and not user-friendly. This was a terrible choice on my part, and a horrible machine by Cabrio!
