But when you load it with wet clothes, you'd expect it to dry. But it doesn't. Maybe it's over loaded with clothes? But why this model? Other brands dry just as they should. I have to spend hours just to make sure my clothes are dry. Even the automatic feature doesn't work. Goes for like 2 minutes and claims the clothes are dry. Also the tub has "cosmetic issues" where the tub turnes blue!!! Best Buy says it's normal. Really? The only dryer that turnes blue is this one.

This one, though it looks the same, seems cheaper in quality and durability. We have to slam the door to close, our other one had a softer closure. Disappointed this wasn’t what we expected.
