We think this is a very acceptable unit. with a noted lifespan of 6-8 years by the manufacturer we chose this model over others because of overall perceived value and the fact that we will be looking for another one in the future.

Acquired to replace similar model that died a couple of years out of factory warranty. When you spend over a thousand dollars on something it should come with more than a year warranty.

The washer cleans items very good. Would recommend to others.

I have to agree with a lot of the reviews that this washer is a great buy. Has enough of the useful features and love the air flow one for those times you leave the load forgotten! No more having to rewash from the musty smells. I will admit this unit seems louder than my previous, but hey, it gets the job done great so I can live with that.

It has never been so easy to wash as with this washer.

Does a good job drying using a minimum amount of time.

We had a 10 year old version of this machine that was damaged beyond viable cost to repair when a dog chew (Souper Nylabone) hidden in a blanket got caught between the drum & drum gasket shredding both the rubber gasket & the underlying plastic supporting frame. Assorted other bits of the old machine had broken & been replaced over the past few years (business partner's girlfriend is hard on appliances), but until the final dog bone it worked well & cleaned well - so we got another "updated" version - this one with steam & more electronics. So far so good! Haven't used the steam yet, but this machine has a larger selection of cycles, including "fast" which is one we all wished for many a time while waiting for the endless wash cycle on the old machine. It cleans as well or better than the older model, has pretty blue display lights and plays cheery little electronic tunes when you turn it on or select a cycle. Best Buy delivery & installation team was there when they said they would be & were skilled, efficient, friendly & polite. Also fairly athletic & flexible - as the machine had to fit through a tight doorway & go into a tight spot. All in all from steping into Best Buy to running the first load of wash it was an easy, hassle-free pleasant experience.

I really am impressed with this washing machine. This is my second front loader and I love this one even more than my first. Only downside is no internal light.

We use our machine for our everyday laundry and also our cloth diapers. The machine seems to agitate just enough with it's mixed rotations to get the diapers clean. It runs pretty quietly, we hardly hear it in a bedroom that is right next to the laundry room.

This is an upgrade for us from a top-loader. Clothes are much more clean, our delicates are actually washed in a delicate setting, and I love the song it plays after your time is up!

Super quiet and efficient machines. Were easy to install and setup.

I bought the washer and dryer a few weeks ago when I moved into my new. It's working great and has a lot laundry options that I'm yet to explore. So far very great.

First unit delivered failed on the fourth wash, second unit was damaged in shipping and third unit is has had 2 loads so far. Will have to wait and see what happens but I am not very optimistic. Had a Samsung that failed after 4 years and best buy floor rep suggested this for better quality and so far, it is not proving to be effective.

I have been very happy with this machine. I like that I can wash and dry a small load and use the air cycle to keep loads fresh if I wash a load before bed.

It is quiet. Love the delay wash feature. Enjoying this machine. A++ for Whirlpool. Bestbuy was able to delivery it to me in 3 days where others were telling me 10-14 days. Thank you Bestbuy.

This is our first first steam washer. it does a great job! love it

We bought the pair and love both of them! One tip is to use the lock feature as the buttons are really sensitive!
