My dishes don't dry! I turn on the heated dry, but the dishes don't dry. The dishes feel soapy. It has no handle/ bar like the other dishwasers if have bought in the past. That is inconvenient.

When I purchased this item I was advised by the salesman that I would get a 10% discount on the purchase if I signed up for a store card. I agreed. It took weeks for the store card to arrive and it turns out the 10 % discount can not be applied to this purchase but instead a future purchase. Trying to speak to a live person from Citi-Bank,N.A. is a lesson in futility. This is obviously a bait and switch. I will be paying off the card in full, cancelling the card and never shop at Best Buy again. A person with a little more tenacity and irritation may report your company to the Consumer Protection Division of the Maryland Attorney Generals Office.

This dishwasher was recommended by our plumber. Within 24 hours the spring in the door had stopped working. Now when you pull the top shelf out, it falls out of the wheel in the track arm. I wouldn’t buy it again.

This dishwasher is a lot noisier than our previous one of the same model. It also makes some strange noises like perhaps the parts are loose.

This is a nightmare the inside of this dishwasher gets black mold who ever heard of washing the inside of a dishwasher .My old one lasted 18 years I never had to wash the interior it never got black mold .I even wash my dishes before the go in there is also a filter basket in this one whish I new. NOT HAPPY WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THIS!

horrible horrible horrible brand. Whirlpool is really an inferior brand. American companies should be ashamed of themselves with these products. Every single Whirlpool appliance I bought from Best Buy has broken down or DEAD within 15 months of purchase. Getting service from Best Buy is like trying to take raw meat out of a gator's jaws

After 90 days I had to order a kit to replace the slide mechanism for the middle tray. After 18 months the sump pump and motor assembly need to be replaced - a $450 plus repair, including a $377 part. Best Buy refuses to attempt to do anything and Whirlpool corporate doesn't even know the parts people, they transferred me to, are a 3rd party vendor.

It took only SIX DAYS for this to happen. The guide bar that holds the third rack in place literally fell completely off and one of the little brackets that are suppose to hold it in place fell to the bottom of the dishwasher. Can't reattach. UNACCEPTABLE Returned and purchased another brand.

Habe had tp replace alot of rack parts and dispenser

I really like this dishwasher because of the fact that it has a top shelf to put things on that are flatter. The top shelf is adjustable, and the dishwasher does a really good job at cleaning the dishes. We have only had two issues with it so far. One issue was the plastic peace where the detergent goes in needed to be replaced. They are small issues so I would definately reccomend this product.

However, Its not drying like I believe it should. Other than that I am very pleased with it, It is really quiet and cleans great. Just worried about the drying. I would totally give it 5 Stars, if it drys better.

Love this! I’ve had a few years and it works very well! We have had to replace the slides on the second rack already but otherwise it’s still in good shape!!

its been great 4 1/2 years later just the clip holds rack broke I will buy again

Based on our experience, don't buy this one. We've had it for 2 1/2 years. The racks started coming off the rails after about a year (just outside of the warranty time frame) and we are consistently having to realign them. This week the rubber sealant that keeps the water from leaking out came apart so we now have to pay to have this repaired. Thought we bought a decent dishwasher, but it hasn't performed well and would not repurchase.

Have had this less than 5 years. I know they don't make things like they used to but less than 5 years is pitiful. The wash pump/motor went bad and the replacement will cost almost the price of a new one. Of course Whirlpool won't stand by their product after 1 year. I maintained it properly and it was used normally not extreme. It has always done an ok job, not good, not great. Stay away!

This dishwasher is crap!! The dispenser would not stay closed, racks never rolled out smoothly and pulled off the wheels. This is not covered since the top rack is not necessary. The rubber strip inside comes out. I have never had a dishwasher with so many problems. The repair person that came out was useless.

From the first, I've been disappointed with this dishwasher overall. It's louder than I expected, the top rack is stiff and squeaks when rolling it in/out, and it just doesn't have a high quality feel to it. And now, after having it less than 6 months, it has stopped working. It still fills and drains, but just sits there in between, so I'm guessing the main pump has gone out. No error code or anything, so apparently it doesn't realize it's broken... I expected more from this brand and price point. It's still under warranty, but the earliest I was able to schedule someone to look at it is over 2 weeks out! So I'm without a dishwasher for 2+ weeks minimum, and who knows what it'll take beyond that to actually get it fixed. Once the whole warranty process is complete, I'll update this review based on how that goes.
