Seems to be working well, although the detergent lid that slides over broke already. Looking for a replacement. Cheap plastic pieces. Seems to clean well. Not drying all that great but I’m not surprised, I’ve never had a dishwasher dry well.

This dishwasher is everything it said it was. I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law and they love it.

First of all, a shout out to the Best Buy installers. They were nice, fast, and clean! This is the first dishwasher we've bought in 18 years . . .man, these things have gotten quieter. You can hardly tell it's running and, when it's done, the dishes are dry, even when using the "Light Dry" option. There were no instructions about how to actually use the third tray, which seems WAY too shallow to put something up there without it hitting the small sprayer, and none of the tines fold down, which would have been a nice feature, but all in all it's doing the job. The only complaint so far, and this is after just a few uses, is that all of the glasses/dishes come out smelling like, I'm guessing, the Rinse Aid that's recommended. (They give you a small bottle in the packaging.) I'm going to let the machine run out and see if the smell disappears and the dishes still get dried. I would prefer NOT having any chemical smell on the clean items. Also, at least with the Light Dry selection, the inside of the dishwasher door remains wet when it's all done, just condensation, which keep the small/moisture in there . . . some dishwashers have that "pop open" when finished feature, which I now get. rinse aid

I like this dishwasher except for one thing--all of the tines for the dishes are fixed, it would be nice to be able to put a row down for some larger items, That said, as long as you use rinse aid, the dishes come out sparkly clean and well dried.

Installed easily and runs quiet. Durable and reliable.

The dishwasher works great but the directions to install were confusing and poorly written. No top, side, front, back etc. and the final clip installation to secure the dishwasher impossible to figure out. By the way, I have installed 3 previous dishwashers and none of those installations were difficult. They need someone who knows how to write better install directions.

Really pleased with this purchase so far. The top drawer comes in handy and the basked configuration is much better than our last dishwasher. Just make sure to hit the "play" button twice, we had a few times of family members forgetting that part.

Easy to install and get setup. Can barely here it working.

Only complInt is that the bottom tray should be stronger as it tends to come out of the side

Dishwasher and TV's work fine and were installed without a problem. However, "total tech support" is misleading. My phone, which I got from Best Buy, could not or would not be repaired. I was disappointed with the expensive "total tech support".

This dryer is such a wonderful dryer. It is a very powerful dryer that has made a beautiful addition to our home.

Only had it a week but very happy so far. Does good job, very quiet. Like the extra tray at top.

This dishwasher does a good job cleaning and drying the dishes. It's not as quiet as our previous dishwasher, but it does a far better job at cleaning, and especially drying. No towel needed with this one.

What can I say. It does a good job washing dishes. Still leave me water on it a little like all new dishwashers now a days. Miss the old dishwasher but this one does the trick.

Works great!!! I prefer the silverware holder on the door but they only make those with plastic tubs and I was done with plastic. Wish I had more room on the bottom rack. Haven’t found the 3rd rack to be useful. Putting silverware there wasn’t easy.

Almost gave this five stars just based off of how quite it is. My only two slight issues are the bottom rack when empty sometimes slides off the guides and the very top rack is a little close to the second one under it.
