I like the dishwasher.

If you don't use it, the dishwasher stays wet inside. Even after the drying cycle.

I replaced the original dishwasher that was installed when the house was built. That dishwasher was so loud that I couldn't stand it. I haf to walk into the kitchen to make sure it was running.

First, the wash and heat dry cycle takes around 3.5 hours! Holy cow!!! Second, after 3 washes, the detergent dispenser broke. It took several times on the phone with Whirlpool before we were sent a replacement part. In all fairness, it does a good job cleaning, but again, the cycle just takes too long.

I purchased a Black model and the seals leaked water all over the floor. I worked with Best Buy Customer Service and up graded to this one. It performs well but does not have the flexible racks. At least I don't have to wash dishes by hand. I have always had great service with Best Buy. The best thing about them they delive quicker than the competitors.
