This has been the biggest life saver for my family. We have 3 cats and this changed the game and the smell in my house!! 10/10... would definitely recommend to everyone who will listen!! This is actually the second machine we have bought... we loved it so much we bought one for my brother-in-law and his family. They are now also a fan!

I’ve had the Litter Robot for 2 years now. Overall, it’s been worth the investment, especially with two cats. It has its quirks, so you should know a few things. (these are not complaints, but good to know.) If you ever have the power or your internet go out, you will need to reset it. Resetting it usually fixes most issues. Getting it connected to the app initially was a slight pain, but fine afterwards. Don’t overload it with litter because it’ll give you a “tilt fault” issue. It won’t cycle when it’s full, so make sure you empty the tray when you get the notification. The lining is pretty durable, but if your cats are determined with their claws to bury their business - it will scratch. I use kitchen garbage bags instead of paying for the branded liners. They work fine, but make sure there’s not a lot of air trapped to confuse the sensors into thinking the tray is full. I’ve used multiple kinds of litter successfully in it. TLDR- I would buy it again - worth it, despite its quirks.

This thing is a wonder for a multiple cat household. No stink, little mess and little work. A few were hesitant at first, but they have all come to use it without fear.

Best purchase I have ever made. It is a game changer specially if pregnant. No smell, very low tracking and my cat started using it right away. In addition, it is aesthetically pleasing so you can put it anywhere in your home.

Love this product. Just bought my second Litter-Robot for the house and boy does it make a huge difference. My cats took to them immediately with zero issues. The challenge is keeping everything inside the box since my cats like to throw all sorts of material around like it's a wedding ceremony so I recommend a good mat that traps litter and such. The app nicely supports multiple boxes in the house and the upkeep is minimal. Oh, and they *can* get messy much quicker if you use standard cat litter. We had to switch to Arm & Hammer Clump and Seal and it made a big difference. Great product. Can't imagine ever going back to normal litter boxes.

We had the 3rd generation and upgraded too this one and it is way better. Yes a little pricy but if you have cats its well worth it and will never want to go back to hand scooping

It took a long time for me to talk myself into buying one, and a lot of encouragement from my boyfriend, but now that I have one I wish I’d bought one sooner. I have 4 cats, and only two litter boxes, and garbage days were a disaster, took me about an hour to clean both boxes and get them looking good again. Now, 3 out of the cats use it almost religiously, and it takes max 20 minutes to do garbages because all I have to do is clean the one and pull the bag out of the other one. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a quicker cleaning time, and my boyfriend recommends it to those who have to smell dirty litter boxes

I have had mine since December of 2024. Let me put it this way, if it broke right now, I would drop everything and go get another one at Best Buy. ASAP. The litter hopper can be finicky, but the robot has generally operated flawlessly for me, with minimal effort. FYI - I have 3 cats, and this single robot handles all the business.

This litter is WAY BETTER than the 3. It's very quiet, the opening is bigger than the robot 3 and is not as big and bulky like the 3. May get another down the road to replace the litter robot 3.

I have been looking at a self cleaning litter box for a bit now since having a wrist injury has made scooping litter, already the worst part of owning a cat, an even more annoying chore. After 6 weeks I find it to be a great device I wish I would have gotten sooner. My older cat (currently 9 years old) never really liked covered litter boxes when I tried them before but keeping a standard litter box close by for 2 weeks made the transition easier. I very much appreciate that you can use a variety of litter because she’s very picky about the litter she will and won’t use so problem there. My 2 year old used to make a huge mess of tossing litter all over the place that this has taken care of as well. Safety is very good on this and will stop immediately if a cat is there which is fantastic as the younger cat is very curious every time it runs! Smell control is fantastic as well as no matter how often I cleaned the box before the Litter Robot 4 does a far better job hiding the smell with the filter.

So far this has been a major upgrade from our last auto litter box. I have no complaints and am very pleased. We have saved so much litter using this litter robot. I honestly think it will pay for itself if it lasts a few years.

Absolutely love this robot! It just takes a few minutes to clean out which is something I used to dread and would put off. And my cats love it too! Took to it right away and no issues so far with them

The Litter Robot 4 has been utterly lifechanging for my three cats. Prior to its purchase we were having issues with innaprorpriate elimination outside the litter box. We believe the issues were related to the small size of the hood on the old litter box. However the Litter Robot has a really wide entrance and is perfect for our long chonky boys. Since purchase of the robot there has been no innapropriate elimination. My only complaint is that our smaller cat thinks that it's a bed and loves to just chill out in there haha. However this is a small price to pay for having healthy and happy cats and a clean house :) It is worth every penny.

It's a lot better than i initially thought. Plenty of safety features that's keeping my curious cat from injuring himself and makes it easy to clean. Only issue i have is just the price and how the error codes are displayed

Outstanding I have two large cats and this is perfect! One note bottom drawer keeps falling loose.

Amazing product! Extremely easy to setup. Have had zero issues and my cat loves it! The app is also very user friendly!

Liter robot is a life changer. I cant recommend it enough. No bad smell, so low maintenace, the app does it all. It is larger than i expected, so be aware of that
