If you’re thinking about it, get it. This is the best automatic box on the market as I’m typing this, but it does have kinks. I am so happy Best Buy sells this now so I can use my total tech benefits and have a protection plan on it. My cats aren’t gentle, and this is my second litter robot in my home, so I know it can malfunction over time. Still, it makes having cats way easier, and if you’re thinking of getting it, just do. It is worth every penny.

What a lifesaver! I grabbed this after months of scooping and adding another cat to my family (I have 3). It was super easy to set up and my cats got acclimated to it pretty quickly. Now, I'm not sure I'm saving on litter, but I can definitely say I'm saving on fancy scoop bags and back pain. My only issues are the price (it's a lil up there) and the weight/cat identifier. Sometimes it's hit or miss. It's unreliable and shouldn't be used as the only frame of reference.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with this liter box. It saves so much time and is so easy to clean. I wish I had gotten it a lot sooner! I have 3 cats and clean the box 1 time a week and it’s just so simple almost like taking the garbage out and putting a new bag in the bucket. So amazing, I brag to everyone about it.

I was not prepared to see the amount of debris in the drum after use since the litter level is not very deep so the pee clumps stick. It does use less litter since I was using 3 boxes before and I have 4 cats. Since my cats are large males and we empty the debris once a day since its over 80% full. The smell is better with the litter robot its so easy to clean daily and I can keep an eye on my cats weight for health. Over all I am happy with my purchase.

Best investment! Looking forward to get a second robot!

Works amazing, no smell, and easy cleanup, no hassle and easy to use app

This is at the top of every list of automated litterbox for a reason! It’s well designed and works consistently well. It took a bit of time for my cats to get used to it but once they were, I haven’t looked back. It’s so darn nice not having to scoop everyday and the moderately well designed app keeps you informed.

I love my cats but not the litter box, so the litter robot was definitely a good way to go. The app is super easy and my cats use it no problem. Honestly love it and a good buy definitely worth the money!

Very easy to set up and use. Only complaint is our cats are curious and set on the ledge to look in and it reads that as then having used the box so it's cycling WAY more often than necessary. Otherwise very happy with this purchase and the peace of mind of also having the warrant just in case.

I was skeptical at first but after about 6 months this has been a total time saver and really has changed our lives with multiple cats. I regret not doing it sooner. it is also saving us money on litter.

Verywell designed and functioned. The only thing is my cats will explore the unit inside but not doing the business. After a few days, with the INCENTIVE litter, then they sometimes got it! One other function that can be improved is that the Cleaning cycle interval is automatic to maximum 30 min. No manual preset cyles like every 4, 6 or 12 hours, which can be less scary for the cat . Easy for cat to acquaint it.

I absolutely love the litter robot. Have had it for over a year with no complaints. Its got its little figure outs but so easy. No smell. I have two cats and can never look back.

Waited almost a year before posting the review. Was not sure the cats will use it or not. We have 4 cats and they all love it. We are able to keep track of their weight also. Getting another one this thanksgiving.

Honestly I was not skeptical at all since everything I had seen were positive things, and I they were not wrong. This product has saved us so many work everyday and cleaning is super easy now. I have not reached yet the maintenance part of it yet, but I believe it should be that hard. They have so many instructional videos to show you how to properly use it.

I have two large Maine Coons and this works great!

This works so well I ordered another for my parents house. The Litter Robot 4 is almost completely hands-off. I have two full grown cats and they both love using the Litter Robot. They jump in, do their thing, and walk away. A few minutes later the litter robot begins it's cleaning cycle. The cats always have a fresh litter box to use. It's amazing. With the two cats I have to empty the waste container twice a week. And it's so easy. Simply raise the sides of the waste bag, give it a bit of a spin and tie a knot. The waste bags are quite thick and after a year I have never had a tear or hole in the bag. Installing the next waste bag is as easy as installing a kitchen garbage bag. It just takes seconds. I highly recommend the Litter Robot 4. I wish I had bought one sooner.

Works great. I purchased 2 for 7 rescues and have been pleased with the results. Odor is nearly non existent compared to a traditional litter box. With 11 cats total, I only have to change the bags every 3 days verses scooping litter boxes 2 to 3 times per day.

We added 2 additional cats from a family member to give us a total of 3. I do not like litter boxes. However, this makes things a lot better. No smell after it clean cycle. Sensors are off a little saying full when it is not. However, not a deal breaker as we still get 5-6 between bag changes. No scooping, change bag and go
