OMG this thing is a life saver for my back and nose.so quick and easy to clean, cats do not mind it at all and it helps me track thier activities and health.

I'm not the cat person in the family but I'll vouch for these three things after a week of use....It's very quiet, it absolutely controls the kitty smells and it's made my lovely wife very happy!

Absolutely love the litter robot 4! We had a litter robot 3 and a litter robot 4. The 4 is so much better than the 3 that we just upgraded the 3 to a 4. Definitely recommend

Life changing. I know when to change the litter box and I know which cat is using it. Ended up buying two of them. The 4 is much quieter than the 3 was.

The price is outrageous.. but I also haven’t regretted it for a second. It took some time for my 2 cats to be comfortable with it. I spent 6-7 days transitioning the old litter box to be closer and closer to the litter robot until I completely removed the old one.

Game changer, improved my family’s quality of life and no more smell from traditional litter box. My 2 cats took about a day to get used to it. They love it and so do we. It’s worth every penny

It's fine. I definitely prefer it over scooping a litter box, but I wouldn't say its necessarily worth the money. Only one of my two cats have ever taken to it, with almost a year and a half of owning it, I am a bit disappointed to still have to be using a conventional litterbox alongside it due to my cat's fear of the robot. I wrote that off a bit, because my cat's skittishness can't be the fault of the company. But what I really am not a huge fan of with the machine itself are two things: 1. The sensor for the litter drawer malfunctions frequently. I regularly put a new bag in and within 3 days (nowhere near long enough to be full) it will stop cycling, saying the drawer is full and needs to be emptied. I've taken the thing apart and cleaned the sensor 5-6 times now and it still is having the same issue after a couple weeks of use. 2nd: The liner for the interior of the robot is made of a material that is notttt easy to clean. It feels almost like a suede material, clearly it isnt, but it feels like a waterproof fabric of some kind, and often will have wet litter stick to it in certain areas. Then when the robot cycles, it does not fully come unattached to get sifted through, and a lot of odor sticks around because it is not getting fully cleaned. All in all, the LR *is* a nice addition, and if you have the extra money and it isn't a stretch to afford, sure, get it. But if you are trying to save up money hoping this will be a huge convenience for you and save you a ton of time and effort, I'd recommend getting a cheaper alternative. Just make sure it has the same types of safety features the LR has (biggest one being that the opening is NEVER closed for your cat to be able to jump out if it's cycle doesn't detect them and stop. You want a bin that rotates parallel to the hole, not closing as it turns) I say this because with the amount of maintenance and upkeep and general additional cleaning it requires, it really isn't that much time or effort saved, just lumped all into the troubleshooting sessions you'll have to do every few weeks instead of scooping every day. Food for thought. Spend your money how you'd like(:

I have a long hair 12-14 pound lean cat that uses this litter box. It’s still a little small for him. It fills up quick. Maintaining and cleaning it, is a massive pain in the neck. You have to use the right liners. They are 20 bags for $30. That’s $1.50 for a bag every 3-5 days. Yes, it saves some litter. But it adds way more water usage to clean it.

I had the old model I needed an upgrade after the old one finally broke down and I couldn’t be happier. It’s quieter than last longer. It’s smaller so it fits better in my condo overall, just a better purchase. I would recommend this product for anybody that has cats.

This thing is absolutely wonderful. I know exactly when my cat is using the bathroom through the alert on my phone. There are so many functions on the Litter Robot. Who knew we needed this all along???

My life is so much easier now that I can just throw out the clumped litter faster and clear out the whole litter box with ease and less mess

I no longer have to pick up and scoop my cats poop and short of teaching them to use the toilet , this is a supreme invention . However the litter tracking has not been minimized it is comparable to the same amount of excess litter outside the original litter box I had . Still . No more scooping the poop!

Wish I had purchased earlier. Due to price I didn’t buy now that I’ve had this for almost a month I’m so glad I spent the money well worth it we have 5 cats and no longer smell litter box

Good. Two of my cats still not want to use it and one of them rarely use it, but one of them using it often. Issue is that the litter robot do the cycle even though cats was just checking the litter and there are no way to control that. Also, a bit flimsy due to the thin plastic.

So far I am loving this product! My biggest thing is my cats are having a hard time wanting to use the new litter box they go up to it and are interested but then go and use there old litter box instead. Do live that you can have profiles for each one of your pets

This is the device you might be afraid to buy, but if you have the funds to do it--you definitely should. It will save you so much time and annoyance, when dealing with nasty litter.

Works well except difficult to keep online. Should have purchased years ago, i have multiple cats! Decreases the need to clean liter several times each day

Does everything I hoped it would. Still need to wipe it down and change out the litter once a month but that is a huge improvement over scooping every day.
