Stopped working after a year

Smells horrible when before it did not, even a couple days after I clean it thoroughly. Not worth the price.

Rest assured, if you're having trouble with your Litter-Robot, we would be delighted to help. In order to further support you, if you have not already, we kindly ask you to please reach out to us. Litter-Robot 4 includes a flexible carbon filter pad that is installed on the outer bottom area of the globe. This filter sits directly over the waste drawer to absorb odors. There are also seal strips underneath the globe on the base where the waste enters the waste drawer also eliminate odor. Both of these accessories can be replaced as needed.

My only complaints that brought it down one star is that one of my cats took too long to get used to it, it scared her. And the weight is off because they often perch on the edge to pee so it never knows what cat it actually is.
