So far so good! Kitties took a few weeks to transition to the litter robot. But worth the price!

Amazing product! Ever other self cleaning litter box that I’ve gotten has sucked, and this one is truly great! It’s well worth the extra money to buy this one.

Love it! But even with a brand new bag it still says 25% full. And the litter is super messy.

Took a bit for my cats to get used to it. Be prepared for some littler issues from your more skittish cats. The movement make scare them enough that they will protest. Keep old litter box around till the transition. Great product.

This has made having cats a whole lot better. The only thing we didn't like about them was the litter box. It performs exactly how they say it would and it actually saves litter

You have no idea how nice it is to walk by the litter pan and see it neat and clean. The cat loves it too. I don't smell it anymore either. The waste is stored underneath the dome so the smell is contained within the tray area. You can put some filters inside the dome area but I don't think it is necessary. Clean up is so simple. You just pull out the tray and throw away the bag. No more scooping. I was worried that there would be a mess inside to clean up but the litter keeps things from sticking to the side. The dome just turns around and the liter goes through a grill that pushes the waste away by itself and eventually falls down through an opening into the bottom tray. The litter is stored behind the grill in a compartment. As it turns back around the litter comes back through the grill and is positioned perfectly like nothing ever happened. My cat is 16 years old and had no transitioning period. We showed him the litter robot and he immediately started to use it. It is very quite too when in operation and does not spook our cat due to the timer that you can set. So it detects the cat when he enters and turns on a small light when it is dark so he can see. It can detect when the cat leaves and will start a timer that you can set up to 15 minutes after the cat leaves. Setup was easy with our network and the app. In the app it will alert you when it detects the cat and when it goes through a cycle. It will also tell you how much your cat weighs every time it is used. It also lets you know the amount of waste in the bottom tray and if the litter is getting low. The only thing was our cat stumbled a little to get inside but has no problem now. When he is done he just jumps out of it instead of stepping down so litter gets all over the floor. They provide a piece that you can put at the bottom of the dome's barrier to help keep the litter inside but it doesn't help much. The dome is quit large and we were worried that it wouldn't fit where we had the old one but it did. Now the cat has lots of room and is not so cramped like in the old one.

Dont let the price full you, you get what you pay for and this is the top of the line in qaulity. For something with moving parts qaulity is very important. Great litter robot for sure.

... Now my home doesn't have to. I would have paid more for this if I had to. If it is within your budget, you should seriously consider buying the Litter Robot 4.

This thing is incredible. Just buy it. You’ll save on time, litter, and learn more about your cat. If s worth the hefty price tag.

You should purchase it if you're considering it and DON'T hesitate to get the extended warranty just in case you need it.

Has been good so far! My cats sure put it to use. I wish it didn't rotate every time they peak their head in because it just set it off and runs clean liter every time. I will have to replace it as my cats found a way to put a hole in it..

It took a couple of weeks for my fur babies to get on board with this new gadget but they are using it more and more. It is definitely worth the money.

After using the Whisker Litter Robot 4 for about a week now, I can say it has been a wonderful product! When we first got the box via UPS I was surprised at how big it was. Removing the Litter Robot from the box confirmed its size. If you plan on getting one make sure you have a good space for it because it will take up some room. Downloading the app, syncing with my phone, and initial setup all went very smoothly. For setting up I started with scanning the QR code where there is a very good instructional video on how to set it up and general operating guidelines. All went without a hitch. I thought we might have some transition issues in getting our cat to switch from her litter box to the Litter Robot but my concerns were quickly erased. She had no issues making the change. She was actually quite curious at first (makes sense, she’s a cat) and after examining the Robot for a bit she went right to work. Its amazing how the Litter Robot begins its cycle as soon as our cat exits. It leaves clean litter and stores away the smelly part underneath the unit in a plastic bag which is so easy to remove and throw away. In the past when cleaning the litter box I would literally gag, it was so nasty. But now, no more gagging! After a week’s use its been great. I give this product 5 stars because it works flawlessly although the price point is pretty high for this product.

Wish we loved our litter robot more for the price. One thing I have noticed is even with cleaning and as time has gone on the lining of the done seems to carry a smell unfortunately and seems to have issues cycling where it will just randomly stop mid cycle. I have tried to contact whisker support on the app but they were not of much help

We have 3 cats and had 3 different litter boxes! The Litter Robot was a great investment; so glad we bought it!

Great product and much more sleek design. Sadly one of our cats did not like it.

Besides furniture. I have never purchased anything expensive untill I decided to spoil Ori and Lori my adorable female cats. Whom we love cuz they are part of our family. I highly recommend it worth every dollar
