This thing is incredible. Just buy it. You’ll save on time, litter, and learn more about your cat. If s worth the hefty price tag.

It took a couple of weeks for my fur babies to get on board with this new gadget but they are using it more and more. It is definitely worth the money.

Has been good so far! My cats sure put it to use. I wish it didn't rotate every time they peak their head in because it just set it off and runs clean liter every time. I will have to replace it as my cats found a way to put a hole in it..

Besides furniture. I have never purchased anything expensive untill I decided to spoil Ori and Lori my adorable female cats. Whom we love cuz they are part of our family. I highly recommend it worth every dollar

You should purchase it if you're considering it and DON'T hesitate to get the extended warranty just in case you need it.

Definitely worth the cost. I've been looking at this for awhile but the cost seemed excessive. I've had it for about a month and i couldn't be happier with it.

We have 3 cats and had 3 different litter boxes! The Litter Robot was a great investment; so glad we bought it!

TL;DR: Buy directly from LR if you want real warranty support. I have had a couple LR units directly from LR (LR3 series) which didn't survive past 1.5 years. I was fortunate to have the LR warranty which they send a replacement unit and have you dispose of the old unit in th garbage for safety and health reasons. I decided I wanted to get the LR4 from Best Buy because of my TT membership. That proved to be the wrong thing to do. After 1.5 years my LR4 has the similar issue where the sensor malfunctions and the unit stops cycling or will cycle randomly. The difference between BB and LR Warranty is night and day. BB wants you to bring the unit to the store for their Geek Squad to look at it. When I asked if they could just send me a replacement and I can send them to broken one back, they told me it still needs to come to the store so the tech can look at it. I would wonder what Geek Squad tech would want to look at a dirty, broken cat litter box.... Or moreover, who is drawing the short straw to do it... I think for items like this, it is better and easier to go directly to the manufacture as they will provide you all the real support you need and the parts to get you back up and running.

Best purchase made. I do not have to scoop any more, my cats love it. I also like the different accessories that can be purchased with it as well.

Wish we loved our litter robot more for the price. One thing I have noticed is even with cleaning and as time has gone on the lining of the done seems to carry a smell unfortunately and seems to have issues cycling where it will just randomly stop mid cycle. I have tried to contact whisker support on the app but they were not of much help

I do love it. So much easier to clean and no smell. Our cat is a little large so he does not have much space. He makes a bit of a mess. Because his clean up area for him is smaller.

I was hesitant for the price but worth every penny. Made well and seems to be good quality. Have a multicat household. Will buy another if they go on sale.

Robot itself is quite good however the set-up process was a little tedious, especially if you are using Xfinity. The device can only connect to a 2.4 ghz network which isn't readily available on new Xfinity devices

The product does a great job as long as it stays connected. It keeps disconnecting from network and it’s such a pain to reconnect. The QR code you HAVE TO scan to reconnect it’s in a very inconvenient place, the bottom back. All other electronics connected to my network never disconnect and I have a stable wifi. This doesn’t work over a week without disconnecting, once it disconnects the app won’t let you do much else. You have to go and press a button until yellow light flashes which it never does. For $600 plus I would expect a more user friendly set up that stay connected.

Works great! Took a few days for the cats to get used to it but they love it now. Only issue is the sensor where the waste is stored says it's full when it really isn't. Also, I ordered a black litter robot, but a white one was delivered.

Ever since we got the litter robot, weve veen saving so much time not scooping. A worthwhile investment
