Excellent. Was skeptical at first but worth every penny.

First one malfunction after a week. Customer service claimed “litter was too heavy” to take some out. That didn’t work and I kept getting “interrupted cycle” and “dirty sensor” errors. When I asked what was considered “too heavy” litter and which was good for it. They said they can only recommend their brand. Smh. Anyway returned the bad unit and so far so good on the replacement.

Love it but it’s just a bit tall. Works very well for the intended uses.

Worth every penny! No regrets! My neighbors are getting one now!!

This is so convenient it make life so much easier.

Super convenient, especially when going on vacation.

The unit I got has a faulty weight sensor. I was hoping it would fix itself with firmware updates but it didn’t. Besides this the machine works as intended. Be aware that it is not airtight and I had an issue with fruit flies getting in the machine and having babies.

It does everything it says it is supposed to do but if they poop and it starts to spin the moist poop gets stuck to the sides and then it is not very easy to clean at all. I dont know if its worth $600 just to havr to deep clean it once a week and that takes 2-3 hours.

Wife loves it, but says it continues to disconnect from the wifi.

Worked great for 1.5 years, now it’s glitching. I will update the review after service appointment.

Works ok. Always worried about it malfunctioning. And now after 2 yeara getting it warrented. Make sure to get geek squad! It will definitely break!

All in all, it appears to be a well-engineered product; however, my cats refuse to use it. I can't really objectively review it under those circumstances.

[Employee of bestbuy] It’s not a bad product, but it isn’t perfect. It keeps litter fresh yes, but sometimes waste gets stuck on the drum and you got nasty stuff covering the inside which you have to clean. One of my cats played with the waste while it would do a cleaning cycle, and since it stops when a cat gets passed the motion sensor, my youngest cat played with the waste. My youngest also would jump out of the litter robot instead of walking out which got litter everywhere. It does do what it says it does and very well at that. It’s just not for us, worth the money you spend vs wage experience we got. We have 3 cats and it’s easier using a regular litter box in all honesty.

Only one of my 3 cats are remotely interested in using it, even with all the transition advice that was on their documentation or elsewhere. I just got a ramp from a third party for like 50 more bucks to see if that will help them use it, but honestly I am dumping stupid amounts of money into this. It cleans up the one cat's mess just fine, but the weight sensor sees her weight all over the place. It has disconnected several times and doesn't maintain a solid connection. I would look past the small stuff in an instant if they used it, but I think the design itself is what's giving the cats anxiety about entering the thing.

I bought a refurbished litter robot 4 directly from the company. The WORST experience I’ve ever had!! It never worked right, and customer service was a joke!
