Best purchase ever! My olny regret is not buying it sooner. It will pay for itself in the litter I'm not wasting. My house smells cleaner, and my cats love having a clean bathroom after each use.

The Litter-Robot 4 is a life changing product for cat parents of all types. Whether you have 1 cat or 5, it truly makes you think about cat care completely differently! We had a Litter-Robot 3 since 2015 and upgraded to Litter-Robot 4 in 2022 and it's been fantastic! The scale is very helpful to track our cat's weight and the drawer allows us to go 2 weeks without tending to the litter box.

All in all it's great. We have 3 cats. Two will use it regularly. It's nice that it tells you when it's full or if there's a problem. When it makes it's rotation for cleaning, it's very quiet. And, it's so so nice not to have to manually scoop anymore. Yay for that!

Love it! Super quiet and pauses when your cat goes in to use the restroom again. I haven’t noticed an odor either.

This is my 3rd one. I wil never go back to a regular litter box and no other auto scooper has every kept up with my cats. My first one lasted 7 years and we bought two more to replace it. If you hate scooping litter its so well worth it!

Buy this! It'll be $700+ well spent. Choose a cat litter that absorbs odor well, like "Dr elsey's cat litter"

I have had it for 4 months and it is inaccurately weighing litter so after every cycle its stuck because it thinks its full. The drawer is empty and still reading as 100% full. Ive gone through all the cleaning and troubleshooting online and no help. Trying to reach The customer service is useless, they dont answer. Save your money and scoop on your own.

Honsestly, this thing is the biggest mistake I have ever purchased. It barely worked ro begin with but eventually stopped working altogether. The biggest issue is that it doesnt go to its original spot, with it in a failed position the cats have nowhere to go..

I haven’t even had the LR4 for 2 years, we replaced the base again a few months ago, and now the 3rd base is already completely dead.

Can't really review because we had to return because we never got it to work! So I guess 0 stars are the most appropriate. It probably would have been nice if we were able to see what it could do.
