Best auto scoop on the market

I wil never go back to a regular litter box and no other auto scooper has every kept up with my cats. My first one lasted 7 years and we bought two more to replace it. If you hate scooping litter its so well worth it!

Works until it doesn't
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had it for 4 months and it is inaccurately weighing litter so after every cycle its stuck because it thinks its full. The drawer is empty and still reading as 100% full. Ive gone through all the cleaning and troubleshooting online and no help. Trying to reach The customer service is useless, they dont answer. Save your money and scoop on your own.

So many problems

It barely worked ro begin with but eventually stopped working altogether. The biggest issue is that it doesnt go to its original spot, with it in a failed position the cats have nowhere to go..

3rd base failed in less than 6 months

Defective litter robot
