We have three cats and this Litter Robot is invaluable! It's so nice not to have to scoop anymore. There is some upkeep, but worth the money!

Best decision ever i never scoop litter anymore and it keeps it cleaner then i ever could id buy a new one every year if i had to but this is well made and will last

We love the product, but there is a weight limit associated with the auto sensing function and our 2 lb kittens don’t trigger it. We are looking forward to using it more freely when our cats are older and weigh more.

Hey, I’m not gonna lie. I was a little nervous spending this much on a litter box, but it works better than I imagined. I don’t have any cat box smell and I don’t have cat litter outside of the box. I would definitely purchase again.

I can't believe it, but it really works. I have to wear a mask when I scoop litter due to allergies and I really thought it was too good to be true, buts its amazing. I great design…. so happy

I'd recommend just buying the base unit by itself, the litter pad didn't catch litter too well. One of my two cats took the machine and it has certainly lightened up litter duty.

You'll never go back to a normal litter box, almost a year in and works flawlessly

The directions aren't 100% clear for setup, but as soon as I figured out the missing step it was clear sailing. Now if I could just get the second cat to not be terrified of it.

Game changer. No more scooping! Only complaint is the litter can get stuck on the inside of the robot. Not really sure the best way to clean this also.

Overall worth it. Still would like this to be even better. Maybe a little more heavy duty, no pun!!! Also the waste drawer could be a bit bigger but overall it’s a game changer!!

this is a great cat toy my cats would rather play in this litter robot then their toys when it start to turn but no matter what they do the cats have not damaged the litter robot

Truly the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered the bundle but wasnt delivered as the bundle, just the individual robot. Im on hold for an hour and finally get through to customer service and they say I have to ship the one I have back and they will send a new one. I asked to speak to a supervisor about a possible discount since now we have to wait even longer. I am told the supervisor will give me a call back and they never do. The day the new one is supposed to get delivered, its all of the sudden cancelled. I call again to ask and they say they will start sending the right item. The woman on the phone said she could give me a 10-20% discount due to the inconvenience. I wasnt home at the time and didnt have the serial number so she couldnt continue helping me and told me to call again later. I called again and asked to confirm with a different woman we will be getting the discount and was told it wasnt possible. Again, I ask for a supervisor and am told they will call me back. For the second time, I dont get a call back. I checked my app this morning and theres no update on the app on when the new litter robot will be shipped/ get here. At this point its been a week from the date I was supposed to receive my item and there has STILL not been a solution to my issue.
